I had an smooth purchase experience and the bike is great. I inquired online after business hours and I had a reply first thing the next morning. We were able to work out the purchase details via email and the final purchase process at the shop was quick and easy. I forgot to grab the plate off of my trade, and Zak mailed it to me right away. Overall great experience.
I just purchased my second motorcycle, 2022 MT-09 SP, from G-Force Powersports back in middle of February, 2022. Brock was the salesman that helped me out with the bike. All around it was a great experience and Brock has been very knowledgeable. The 21/22 MT-09 SPs are particularly rare bikes to track down and purchase at current. I had been connected with Brock earlier on and let him know I was interested in the MT-10 SP and MT-09 SP on the off chance that one may become available. He said he would keep an eye out for me and ended up calling me back in mid February to let me know they had one 2022 MT-09 SP that just came in, still in a crate. I was really stoked when he called me up and let me know about the bike before it was even uncrated. This is my second MT-09, my first was stolen. Anyway, the bike is awesome! Completely different machine in comparison to standard 2020 MT-09. Highly recommend if you can find one. Good luck. All around excellent experience at G-Force. The team in the shop have also been very helpful and easy to work with. I have taken the bike in once for a quick factory ECU update and they had me in and out. Although I do the maintenance and part upgrades myself, G-Force is always willing to answer any questions I have as well as make recommendations.
Don’t come here for MSF basic motorcycle training if you are a 5’3 girl. They do not have motorcycle for your height. In May 12, I wasted over $200 just for less than 2 hours on the range, ended up falling with the bike and hitting my head on the ground. Before I quit the instructor had me sign an agreement to release them from liability. Asked me to call the shop for Andrew to see how to make up - of course, nobody return my call. No refund has been received as of today, Oct 10.
I have bought two outlanders from here within 8 months apart. Rece, was able to help us get exactly what we were looking for at the price we were willing to spend. The financing was a quick and easy process as well.
I recently bought a new slightly used motorcycle at G-Force, trading mine in at the same time. I typically buy a new motorcycle every year, and am pretty well-versed in the vehicle buying process and some of the common pitfalls. I had ZERO issues, and had a great overall experience at G-Force. The price on both the new bike and my trade in was very reasonable, especially considering the crazy market conditions, and I was in and out quickly on a busy Saturday. Jeff Hernandez in sales and Evan in finance were prompt and accommodating, and a couple minor missing accessories were quickly ordered for me free of charge. I’d certainly do business here again, and would recommend G-Force to friends, which I cannot do for many other Front Range dealerships. Good guys for sure!
Recently picked up a MT-10 from G-force. Scott See was my salesman and had everything waiting on me when I got there. The process was pretty painless and all my needs concerns and questions were answered. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the accessories. Brock went over his own MT-10 with me to show me some mods and possibilities with my bike which was much appreciated. Sean in finance was very efficient and friendly showing me all my options. They even accommodated my dog I had with me and had water for him. Big thanks to the G-force crew!
Service department could use some work. I’m sure this shop is fine doing standard maintenance. Service writers are all nice guys, but the tech took a month on my bike and still hadn’t found the issue. In that time, I was informed the bike had bad compression leak down test with 6% which is not bad at all, and certainly doesn’t warrant a tear down like they wanted. When I got my bike back still hadn’t been fixed I found the tech had messed with some sensor adjustments and threw them way off from spec. I managed to fix the issue myself after taking the bike back from them. I would not recommend this shop if you have a strange issue you need troubleshot. Other than that, they are good guys.
I was in the market for a new bike and noticed they had a bike I was interested in. I contacted Brock from their sales team and asked a couple questions and he seemed annoyed. I asked him if he could possibly get me additional photos of the bike before I drive over an hour to their store to purchase the bike. I was told the best photos he could get were already on the website. I find that very interesting due to the fact the website only had 5 photos of the bike, which did not even show some sides/parts of the bike. As a sales team member one should be able to go the extra step for their customers, but that’s just my opinion.
Went for MSF license endorsement training. Was expecting a boring stern instructor but actually had a really fun learning experience with instructor Andrew and fellow classmates. Highly recommend :
Two reasons for the low stars. First is their relationship with Blue Fed CU. They were very insistent that we used Blue when we financed 2 of the 3 bikes we purchased. Blue has the WORST customer service we have ever experienced. The second is their service department. We have the extended service agreement on our Indian. When we have called to get the service they never return our calls. We have to call at least 4 times to get an appointment. Then once they have it, it takes at least 2 weeks for the service to be completed. And when we call for a status update, they don't call back. Then we called because of a recall notice we got and they still have not called us back. He said he would call us once they had the part. It has been over 2 months. They are nice people but those 2 reasons are why I am only giving 2 stars.
