Came in 10 min before closing and was helped by Ross. He was extremely helpful and nice and didn't rush us even though we stayed past closing. Very friendly and helped me get exactly what I needed without getting frustrated I am very indecisive. A+ would buy from here again.

A salesperson named Ross helped me get my last pair of running shoes here. I got some Hokas and he gave me some great insight! Really knew his stuff! It was a little busy but he was still super patient and kind. And sized me up perfectly. Great experience, amazing shoe, can't say enough good things

I had never been here before, but can't wait to go back... I was looking for new Birkenstocks, but a very specific model. They had it! Customer service was helpful and very knowledgeable about what they sell. I saw they have a good selection of Keens as well.

Took my elderly Mom for a new pair of shoes. Staff could not have been nicer or accommodating. Highly recommend. Great broad range of quality products.

I was disappointed in my experience. The regular sales person was pleasant to work with. However, the area manager was also in the store and I felt like I was spoken to in a condescending manner. The woman I’m renting from this summer also said whenever she has gone in this store the staff working have an attitude. Based on the other reviews I read, I think it would be helpful for this company to focus on their customer service. They lost business from me today due to customer service. I’ll gladly pay more elsewhere rather than be insulted and spoken down to.

My shoes has not shipped out yet it’s I was supposed to get them September 25 then it got delayed I needed them for Oct 3 for work I still have not received them I want a refund

Walked into the Broadway store in Portland yesterday. The woman behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence, but when a woman came in 2 minutes later, she welcomed her to the store and asked her what she could do to help her. Then she proceeded to go get shoes for her to try on. Still no acknowledgement of my presence. Walked out of the store. You blew a sale. Going to go to a competitor in Beaverton to buy my shoes. If you were the person behind the counter and I was your boss, I would have fired you on the spot.
