For the Birds by Robin Hawk

Took my African Grey here for boarding recently. I am very pleased with this place. Jessie obviously cares for the birds. She feeds them fresh food everyday I supplement with my bird's favorite seeds and nuts, keeps the birds in right-size cages, the store is small and is open only short hours so does not get "frantic" for the birds. Jessie adds a nice touch - sends photos while I'm away very comforting. She is very responsive and prompt with communications - very pleasant to work with. I'll be back.

Took my little conure to get groomed & the lady was extremely friendly & knowledgeable! She handled my little girl very well & her beak & nails look good! The store is very well stocked & is clean. They have a huge variety of toys, something for anything your bird could want. My go-to spot for bird toys/materials/grooms

The owner was amazing. She spent 25 minutes spending time with my boys and the bird they were buying. She taught them how to hold the bird and handle it when it flies away. I was very impressed. They breed the birds in house. So it's nice to know where the birds came from and to know they have been loved and well taken care of. The owner loves her birds. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a bird or get bird supplies.

Needed to have my bird groomed. Did not know I needed to call to make a appointment... Still Robin was kind enough to get my bird groomed so he could be comfortable and happy.

Can not say enough great things about this place. We have taken our 2 African Grey's to board there many times over the past year. Just moved here from Dallas and found the store after reading all the positive reviews. The owner Jessie truly cares about the birds, and is extremely knowledgeable. The store is always extremely clean, and she consistently feeds the birds fresh fruits and vegetables. She sends us pictures of our birds while they are boarding. Support a family owned local business. Her prices for are very competitive, and is fully stocked with our birds favorite toys.

She is great with the birds! We take our cockatiel here for boarding and she sends pics of our bird! Shes always happy and quick to respond!

I love this little shop! They have all the toys, perches, swings and specialty food for the big parrots - the things I can never find at the big box pet stores, and are difficult to find online. Even when the description on Amazon says it's for macaws, it arrives and it's really for a conure-sized bird. The customer service is always top-notch, and they really know birds, so you'll get expert help here too. Highly recommend!

We stopped by because we love birds, and we were SO happy to see how wonderfully the birds were taken care of. They had very healthy fresh food in their bowls and their cages were spotlessly clean. The owner who we talked to was kind and wonderful to talk to. You can tell she really loves birds and takes the best care of them. We are from out of state, but when we move close to here next fall we will definitely buy our birds from here. Great store!
