Every time I go here, I see people's pets. So I brought my kitten and she just loved it. So many fish, her eyes were rolling. Beautiful birds. But her favorite thing was the cat food Isle. I'm so glad they sell Applause Brand cat food here. It's all my cats will eat.

Nice selection of pet fish. Customer service is kinda racist though, being friendly with some customers, while rude and ignorant with others based on physical/cultural looks

I went into the store to buy my stepdaughter a hamster and I did not know anything about how to handle or maintain or take care of any hamster. They were very helpful and detailed in how to maintain and take care of and what I would need for the hamster to be happy in his new home.

This store hardly had anything out on the shelves. One of the workers asked me on the food isle what I was looking for and I told him the blue buffalo basic 3 ingredient recipe. He looked confused and pointed at the isle and proceeded to mansplain yo me that all those were blue buffalo and I could pick any of them the one I wanted was not there but across and I just grabbed it. It has a very distinctive bag. Why are you gonna offer me help when ypu don't even know your product.. also he ended up charging me at the register and told me I couldn't use my treat rewards on the same day like.... you think it's my first time shopping here sir? It was really irritating

I purchased 15 small crickets and cat food. Store is clean and friendly workers.

I've been bringing my dog for grooming here for about a year now and I'm always satisfied! Christina does an amazing job and my pup always smells great after her bath! The price is reasonable, comes out to about $40 for a bath with a nail trim. As for the store, the staff is always friendly and always welcomes you when you walk inside.

Kevin, our groomer, is excellent for our Basia. He's wonderful and kind. Basia always looks beautiful after her appointment.

Great service in the store and grooming salon. Wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.
