They did such an amazing job with our Ozzy. We were a little nervous at first since it was his first time at the Groomers and he is pretty hyper but they made him feel comfortable and he had such a good experience! They definitely gained a new doggy customer .

My dog was handsome. Nice haircut. My dog is a Mama's boy. He didn't look traumatized when I picked him up. And that's a good thing. The scheduling was off. I had to wait 4 hours for him. Not pleased with the wait time. I don't live in the area. Overall I was pleased with my dog's groomer and grooming.

Scheduling was prompt and easy we got in fast. Kim took my verbal instructions as to the grooming needs of my pomeranian. Unfortunately the biggest reason l brought her to this groomer was a sanitary shave and clean up her hair n growth l didn't want her shaved down or any haircut with the Exception sanitary shave her bottom area, which they did nothing... Unfortunately around her ears it looks very very choppy for that l could have done it myself. Nice place and groomers were friendly but l needed my dogs hair trimmed and unfortunately we didn't get that. Hope your experience is better than mine..

Got a good score with a Groupon and took my dog to get groomed. They did a awesome job and the staff was really friendly. They took good care of my baby and I will definitely be using their services in the future

So I just wanted to start off by saying prior to this encounter I was very happy with the way my dogs grooming with them. This was my 2nd time coming to them for my husky. Now I know husky’s are VERY hairy dogs & if not brushed they do get very compacted. I don’t brush my dog so obviously he gets compacted. Well first time I went to them I had not gotten my dogged groomed in 9months so he was very hairy he’s an indoor only dog. I paid $150 which wasn’t bad because of how hairy he was & plus I pay $90 a petco wonderful service btw. Well fast forward 3/4months later nowhere near the condition he first came in & the last bath was November I take my dog back & she claimed she couldn’t quote me how much until AFTER service ?? Weird ESPECIALLY since the pandemic is barely over & lots of people don’t have HUNDREDS to throw around. You’d assume that they would at least give a rough estimate so a person can figure out if it’s something affordable at that moment. Well since last time after 9months no grooming it was $150 I assumed it couldn’t go any higher than that.. WRONG!!! I was told I had to pay $300!! Because he was compacted sooo bad w/e sounds like business has been rough & your trying to take advantage of people SHAME ON YOU! I explained that I would’ve appreciated a call before her proceeding since well I DONT have $300 to throw towards a DOG BATH! How can you assume a person can afford that. She then after much arguing knocked the price down to $200 & threatened to call animal control if I didn’t pay that much. She claimed if I take my dog anywhere else for cheaper it would’ve been a terrible job.. LIES! Only reason I don’t go to petco is because my dog is aggressive & to avoid that stress on him I chose a ms& pop place. Never again very sad SMH! 2 stars since the first experience was better..
