My favourite source for foraged foods. Dried mushrooms have excellent flavours. Pickled spruce tips are among one of my favourite cocktail garnishes. Also love getting fresh in-season produce, like ramps, paw paws, fiddle-heads, sea asparagus, and whatever else I may happen to spot on a given day. Really knowledgeable staff to teach me how to use a new product.

Forbes is my favourite Canadian wild food company. They are not just in integrity with their quality of food, but also their service. They are fast to respond, provide me with the freshest and most locally foraged foods. They even go out of their way no matter what the weather condition may be. Forbes is definitely an innovative quality company I recommend to everyone seeking something wild, delicious and guaranteed delicious! Been buying from Forbes at farmers markets for at least a decade. Their product is always top notch and their staff knowledgeable - I know I can trust that their foraged products are sustainably foraged. It doesn’t hurt that they have the most delicious maple syrup I’ve ever tasted, and always have weird delicious syrups and pickles I’ve never heard of. It’ll take a while to eat your way through their product line, but it’s worth it!

Dyson is the real deal! I highly recommend getting your herbs, honey, local foraged mushrooms and chaga. SO MANY GOOD THINGS TO LIST! I can't wait for the storefront to open!!! Thanks for being awesome.
