Kronos Food

I switched to this supplier for the total opposite, my previous supplier I guess was to big to care about our business so i looked around and this company came highly recommended from a couple of other chains. I pick up on occasion and let me tell you its first class service. I call ahead and most times I'm in and out within minutes, sure i understand that odd time you have to wait, and hey i get that but where don't you have to wait. We run a multi unit operation and have had our share of suppliers but would never switch these guys, they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Good job, well done!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Called ahead to make sure they had a product. They said they did. Drove an hour to pick it up. Oh they don't have it. But they have the not prepared stuff. Okay so I can just make it myself. No problem. Pay for it. Wait 30 minutes to pick it up from their receiving. Then I'm told they have it..... waste of time. Don't use these people. Best part was listening to one of the delivery drivers talk about how he hit someone with his truck and that it was her fault. And everyone was laughing. Pretty terrible company.

Have been dealing with Kronos for about a month thankfully, after reviewing another review placed on google. So far, it has been great, reduced our food cost, exceptional service, along with the personal touch which goes a long way.

Witnessed one of their supply trucks traveling nearly twice the speed in town in down poor conditions....If they were not driving so fast the old lady on the side walk would not have had the large puddle on the ground evenly dispersed all over her....At least the name was on the side of the truck so I could write this wonderful review a forever cross this name off my business list...By chance my dash cam was not working or id have sent it to the local authorities as well...If the company has any real commitment to its slogan and cares to investigate, it was approximately 9:40 a.m. May 1st on Bayfield St. Barrie.
