Fordyce Farm is a great place. They had lots of activities for kids, a great farm stand, lots of pumpkins and a very cool corn maze, as well as a hay maze for kids. They had a cute little play structure and different areas to take pictures. A great jay stack with tunnels underneath. My granddaughters had fun playing and eating fresh cider donuts and caramel apples. I only wish I would've taken more photos I will definitely go next year.
Fordyce is an pretty good pumpkin patch, but seems to be a great year-round farm. Regarding the pumpkin patch, unfortunately they didn’t have much of a variety of standard-sized pumpkins, which was kind of disappointing, and you weren’t allow to cut your own from the patch. They had a good variety of squashes, which was nice, and I loved the sign they have that shows which is which. It was fun getting to apple pick for the first time, but their lack of signs made it kind of hard to distinguish one kind from another. However, the Karmijin de Sonnaville apples they grow are the best apples I have ever had. I will definitely go back to get more. The donuts were hot, but kind of chewy. The hay pyramid was really cool. The staff were moderately nice. Overall, it is definitely a solid pumpkin patch, but it’s just not my favorite one I’ve ever been to.
Nice pumkin patch with a really large corn maze that incorporated a Halloween theme trivia. There was a gift shop with plenty of home made goods and a wide variety of apples, pears, etc. This is a smaller pumpkin patch with a decent variety of goodies.
I like this place... It's great for everything, decent for pumpkins. Two years ago it was great at everything, but they didn't have a lot of pumpkins to pick from this year, but we were still able to get some great pumpkins! I love the front shop and their products, the staff are amazing! And I also really like that this place is smaller and not so busy like the others in the area.
This place is about as cool as it gets! Summer and fall you need to get out here. Entertainment by local artists in the Summer. Amazing prices on berries and quality that is fantastic. Beer is served by a vendor, and there is a Blacksmith on site! The employees are all local and friendly people. Come out for the fall and explore the mysteries of the most fantastic hay pyramid I have ever seen I am considering building one some time as my children cannot wait for this epic event and it's free! The paid options are super reasonable, and the ice cream is hand made! The corn maze is awesome, and I hear super creepy at night. Due to that fact, expect it to be packed at night!
Perfect family friendly pumpkin patch. My toddler could do all the activities independently and loved it. They had everything you'd need for an affordable price. Tractor hay ride, corn maze, indoor kid maze, castles, playground, hay fort, apple picking, pumpkins, shakes etc. The corn maze was huge, had fun clues, and was just hard enough to keep you entertained but not stressed. Highly recommend!
Came for the corn maze -- it was wonderful! We loved the guiding signs of Oregon haunting trivia. Someone had as much fun making those as we had reading them. Really liked the two unsigned, optional sections where you could wander and get confused : Lots and lots of pumpkins available in a variety of colors and sizes.
This has been our favorite pumpkin patch for the last 3 years! Wonderful people! Great pumpkins, and the night corn maze is so much fun. We go on the no monster nights due to having 3 kids 5 and under. They absolutely love it!
Not coming here again. I don't know who was working today 9/10 at 9am, but they all acted like they couldn't talk an answer simple questions. Also, they website stated they had all this different fruit, no they don't. There selection inside was over priced an almost rotten. Maybe things are going outta season, I get that, but update the website then! Like hello. I drove from south Salem for this. Never again.
A great time and lots of fun watching everyone enjoying themselves. Bought some delicious peaches and a variety of apples. The staff was exceptional. Great people....
