I have been here at forest creek for about 3 years. do not move here!!!! The staff are unprofessional the matienece do the bare minimum if that or if they even show up or you get even ahold of them there are new owners this is the 2nd one in 3 years. I am moving in 2 days because the apartments where bought out by new mangement once again. The mice are horrible the roaches get bad they will bomb... But only one apartment but not the rest of the building they come out of the drains now. The basement floods and noone fixes anything until months later my dishwasher never worked since day one it was wrapped as if it were new and when I opened it it was full of moldy water. If you want something nice and want a good landlord this place is not it. Sorry forest creek is not what it use to be and not worth it.
Horrible place to rent from. We have huge holes in our bathroom and kitchen floor. We stopped paying our rent last year and they told us they would get it fixed. We paid them, they had someone come out and look at it, said they’d be back in 2 weeks yet no one ever showed up. Which is typical from them. The office staff does not return phone calls. I was given the personal cell phone number of the leasing agent and she still doesn’t return calls or texts. We’ve been trying to get ahold of them for well over 3 weeks now. Guess I’ll be getting my attorney involved. A few of the positive reviews that are on here are from the leasing agents at the apartment complexes they own. This is the 3rd leasing agent we’ve had since we moved in February 2017! Pay a little extra and go somewhere else...
I've lived here for about 11 months, getting the apartment was easy, the inside is nice for the cost. We've never had any kind of problem with bugs. The only problem I have is the neighbors can be loud at odd hours, and random people will bang on your door. The area just isn't too nice. The office staff is nice and we are only moving because we want a bigger and nicer place for our baby.
When we moved here over a year ago, this was a lovely and professional place to live. The people who worked the office were polite, kind and efficient. However, we are now under new management. The woman who runs the front office is unprofessional, obnoxious and unfriendly. She continually closes the office on days that it should be open, and refuses to answer the phone. This is not sour grapes, I am being inconvenienced in more than one way. Under our old lease agreementioned utilities, including water, were covered as per the rent price. Now, in an effort to raise the rent, they have done so under the guise of paying a flat rate for water. It is unfortunately legal, however it is indicative of the underhanded and lazy tactics of the new management. I will not be renewing my lease, and I don't suggest anyone else live here. You will not be taken care of.
I've had a very positive experience so far. Management was professional and courteous. I only been here a very short period of time but my family and I are content. Very affordable, clean and pleasant place to live. Like everywhere you have to express your needs and express concerns immediately. Children are welcome . Bad people are everywhere you go. Only issues are dogs over the weight limit. It's the residents who breaks the rules! I would still move here 2× over. If you love walking, it's lovely seenary
New owners for Forest Creek as of Jan 2016. There was a Manager who was left at Forest Creek from old owners, which I am happy to say she is no longer with us. Since she is gone, my time has been spread between 2 properties and training someone for our other office so I can stay here and be dedicated to our great tenants. We are so sorry to the tenants who was treated so badly and would love to talk to you on any concerns that you still have so we can take care of the problem. We did have a lot of construction going on with the new roofs, doors and siding being done, which was an inconvenience to our tenants and we are so sorry if there was a problem with the construction crew. The construction has now about finished up and the property looks great. Please call or stop up and see us. :
This place is terrible. I've been living here for a year and I don't recommend moving here at all . They stole our deposit money to move into a townhome in November 2019 and it's March 2020 still no townhome. My apartment is very clean and I have to deal with nice year round at a point I caught 11 in one week. They overcharge for plumbers to clean drain and then we're still having overflow issues , water coming out of the sink and dishwasher
Do not rent from here. Bed bugs are rampant throughout the buildings and they do the minimum to extinguish the problem. On top of that, the manager lied to us about their source and attempted to charge us for the pest management. When we started to ask more questions and told them we knew our neighbors had bed bugs they quickly changed their story. They then tried to say they didn't receive results from our neighbors which is custom when dealing with bed bugs in an apartment complex and that we wouldn't be charged "this time". Throughout this entire process the manager has lied, been extremely rude, deceitful, and lacks any empathy for our situation.
Forest Creek Apartments are affordable and very nice for the price. The office staff are all helpful and courteous. Whenever I have called for an issue, they were on top of it right away. I would refer any family member to move to this property.
This apartment and new owners is TERRIBLE....UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES later NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS WHEN THEY ARE SITIING IN FRONT OF IT, INCONSIDERATE...I resigned my lease and my rent was raised, a month later they sold the aprtment to a different company. The new lady at the office is rude, not a people person at all. One month after that the new owners added water to my contract saying I would now have to pay and extra $50 to $60. When I went to the front desk the lady was rude and said, " WE DIDN'T GO UP ON YOU RENT...MOST APARTMENTS ARE LIKE THIS... YOU JUST HAVE TO PAY YOUR OWN WATER". Not realizing I've been here for a year before and didn't have this problem with my last contract. The apartment is supposed to give 24 hour notice before they enter your home I recieved a letter yesterday stating people will be in my apartment on Wednesday to paint my door. I just came home to 2men in my home using my electricity to paint my door and today is Tuesday. Outraged I call the office and no one answers but when I walked in the office 3 woman were just standing around not answering the phone. I was speaking to one lady and when I was done I proceded to walk out the door when a second lady said, "We are just trying to make your apartment look nice". I asked who she was and stated I was talking to the lady that worked for the apartment, she stated she was the boss. Confused I asked why didn't I speak with her about my problem why am I speaking to a worker if the Boss is present and she just stood there looking stupid. I am looking to break my lease...NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES
