Dr Gold has been my Veterinary Doctor will all my dogs since the 80’s. I consider him a friend as well as a great professional Veterinarian. I could never sit with any of my dogs if I had to put them down. Dr. Gold spoke with me about my mini Shetland Sheepdog that I had to put to sleep. For the first time in my life after our conversation I felt calm and had the courage to sit with my Dear Riley, which was one of the best dogs I’ve ever had. Dr Gold and his staff are prompt, gentle, and knowledgeable when it comes to pet care. We are always taken back quickly, taught about what our pet is dealing with, and sent on our way with a pet who gets healthy and helpful treatment. They are readily available and simply kind as can be. Obviously good pet owners love their fur babies and want the best care, this is a good place for that!

They're amazing with their customer service for the people and the animals. I always feel welcomed and feel comfortable any time I need to be there. Dr Gold is a very knowledgeable and nice man, with a dry sense of humor. I know that can sometimes rub people the wrong way, but once you visit a few times you understand. This has been my vet for probably 8 years, my whole family uses him and I don't see myself changing any time soon.

Dr. Gold and the staff at Forest hills are fantastic. I've been taking my border collie mix here for about 4 years now and they are always so great with him. Pricing is very reasonable. I'm thankful I found such a great vet to take my pups to.

This place is such a great place. I took my cat to the vet who had lost a tooth. I was super worried and was anxious as hell. I called and had never been there before and the staff reacted quickly and got me an appointment. When I got there they we're very friendly and professional. They helped take care of my little buddy and they gave me a sense of relief. Great vet doctor, and great pet nurses. They definitely do a lot of good for there community at this place and deserve to be recognized of there importance and all there hard work. Thanks gorest hills! You guys rock!

Dr Gold is the best vet I and my 3 dogs has ever had. He is very kind and gentle with my dogs. They are very scared when it comes to vets but he takes great care of them. Thank you for everything.

I've been a customer here for years, and always get great service for all my vet needs cat and dog. Dr. Gold is experienced and thorough and usually can answer many questions before you ask. Staff is friendly, and not so busy you can get appointments within that same week. I have never needed to use their boarding services, but they are available. My only complaint is the parking lot can be tricky to get out of some parts of the day due to it being immediately on Highland Dr.

Love this vet and staff! You can tell they love your dog! They discovered my dog has a low thyroid issue. His hair was falling out before but now his coat looks healthy and beautiful after being prescribed thyroid meds. The overnight stay prices are by far the best I've seen- they were happy to give me a tour and answer all my questions. The dogs don't all play off leash together like a lot of places, but they have a BIG back yard and get a personal walk 3 times per day. My dog would be pretty stressed if I left him at one of those free play places w 20 other dogs since he's super friendly w people but picks and chooses what dogs he likes or wants to bark at. At his follow up to test his thyroid levels, they took his blood quickly and efficiently so my dog wasn't even bothered. Their prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely love this veterinarian and staff. We have been using their office for over 10 years. Very affordable, doesn't nickle and dime you for every little thing. Sad to hear of this veterinarian retiring in the fall good for him, sad for us. Highly recommend.
