Forever 21

As with every Forever 21 it was overwhelming. There are a lot of options to select from: shoes, home decor, clothes etc. The items are well organized so it will be easy to find what you are looking for.

2/2/22. Just drop in to see new stuff. Jimi Hendricks tee shirt $22. A $49 pair square toe over the knee boat were $19 at register!%$#!.

I'm happy with my clothes but not the service the person who I had when paying was rude and disrespectful. I am Welsh I appreciate I have an accent but I was questioned multiple times about my last name I was told I'm spelling it incorrectly. I know not all workera where like this but this inperticular male was rude and I did not appreciate it

Not big for men but a store for ladies. Got a lot collection of clothings for women and a small section for mens. Clothing are of good quality and pricing is also not so expensive.

I bought these lip tints . Not as i expected .they do left stains but lips gets dries.they have everythng on 30% off. I like the colours but are not long lasting.

A pretty decent selection of clothing. As with every F21 you go to, customer service is non-existent. While paying for a few items, a customer brought the cashiers a Victoria Secret bag they found, and the girls asked what size the items inside the bag were...

Disgusting customer service! The sales associate ripped a hole in my garment when taking the tag off, and both store manager + online customer service refuse to take responsibility. They'll just cite - once you take the tag off - it's your problem. They don't care that they damaged the item they're selling you. Be careful of supporting money hungry companies.

I'm seeing an item I didnt purchase on my receipt. I didn't notice bc I wasnt aware sale items were buy 1 get 1 free. I will be coming in store tomorrow. Edit: I returned to the store and the manager promptly apologized and refund me the discrepancy. I was actually surprised at how painless this situation went. I hope this incident was some kind of accident with scanning but I will be sure to keep an eye on my purchase receipts in the future. I actually like shopping here and always have received good customer service.

I love this store. The jewelry and accessories are always very affordable and there are many styles to chose from. I bought clothing and found the variety of styles offered very appealing and also affordable. The staff members were helpful and polite. J. Brown

Large store. In store shopping is now allowed. You do have to wear a mask.
