This store has the most incompetent slow workers I've ever seen, and I almost got charged an extra $21 just to switch sizes. It took them 20 minutes just to ring up five people... they had FOUR workers at the desk. One of them instead of taking the next customer twiddled her thumbs, then proceeded to pick her dandruff and check to see what it looks like after.... flicked it off and then went back to doing nothing. She didn't even try to make it look like she was on the computer or something. She literally just sat there and did nothing. It was super gross.
I am editing my review because Forever 21 has since moved back to its original spot in the mall. They did have to make it smaller due to Dave and Buster’s being there, but they did have a plus section at one point. As of yesterday, I was led to ONE rack that had plus size clothes. That was it. One single rack. I will not be supporting this company’s business any longer. Even if they are willing to take my money with their extended sizes online, the fact that they are pushing plus sized people like me out of their stores says a lot.
I was at this store with my daughters who are in their early 20s and entering the professional work force. They wanted cute trendy clothes to wear to work, but it seemed like every top in the store was cropped. Do not waste your time here if you need work appropriate clothes. If you want to find a concert or festival outfit, you might have better luck here.
I ordered shoes since October 23rd, and I haven't recieve any email notification about the shipment at all. I contacted customer service for 2 times Nov 1 and Nov 8 the first one told me to just wait a bit longer and the second one told me to go check in the store. What happened with the tracking? If I didn't notice that it took too long then usual, will I ever get the package like ever??!! Then I went in to the store, cashier didn't seem to want to check for me even I told her I don't have any update email from forever21 AT ALL. Finally, she checked with the store and found out my order. No explain, no apology, nothing. Well, what an impression! I've never had any problem with ordering from Forever21 before. This will be the last time I ordered to pick up in this store.
I was at this Forever 21 yesterday. As most of you know the dressing rooms are still not open. I bought a very cute swimsuit top and went to try it on. I did not like the way it fit me so I took it back to the store to return. The cashier had already upset me because she “needed to wait on her manager to process my return”. She started the process and then asked me for an ID, which I did not have because i’m 14. Then she asked for a Permit ID and I proceeded to remind her I was 14 years old. She then told me I could not get my money back if I did not have an ID. Mind you I paid in cash, and was just in their store so there was no reason to ID me. I had to have an adult come help me just to get a return. The manager was right there watching the Cashier. I will not be shopping in their store again
I love the style that this store has. The clothes and shoes are so so cute! And the prices seem fair! I love that they now have plus size clothing! I just wish they went up one more plus size the shirt I got fits perfectly but the skirt does not.
I mostly order online from here and pick up in store. The store doesn't offer much compared to the online store. The particular day I picked up my last order, the store was understaffed and I waited some time before reaching the lone cashier that wad working checkout. The site also always seems cluttered instead of well organized. It's not the forever 21 off years past.
Highly disappointed with this Forever 21. Drove all the way from Huntsville to this mall. Was trying to pay for a skirt that was only $15.33 with my husband's credit card he was with me and the card machine kept saying that it was declined like 10x. We were like ok let's try using our debit card. My husband then tried using his debit card and put in his pin and declined again. Both cards were from different banks. So we asked cashier does this normally happen because we know we have money on both cards. The cashier replied no, not normally, maybe you should try calling your bank . So we then paid with cash due to being annoyed that this transaction was like 10 min for one item just because of the card situation. We then left the store. We decided to call both banks to see why our card wasn't working . Comes to find out that the cashier was declining both forms of card payments. This really upset us that the cashier would do this . I worked in retail for 8 years as an assistant manager and never had any customers experience this. If the cashier felt as if our cards weren't ours shes should have asked for I.D. instead of just declining our cards. We definitely felt profiled and we will never be coming back to this Forever 21 again.
Got a good selection- however a lot of their clothes aren't true to size. They also leave censors on a lot of their stuff and I'll have to go out of my way and come back to have them removed or literally cut them out at home with scissors basically ruining my new clothes and having to hide the hole where I cut them.
I actually didn't make a purchase because I was just browsing. However, I saw some very nice items for us females from younger to older but not too old. This store also have what seems to be a very trendy and nice plus size section. Prices are reasonable on most items.
