Good prices, but not a lot of options. all the jeans have rips, a lot of crop tops and graphic tees, and super short/tight dresses. pretty good, just not much variety.

The girls in here were super friendly. Given, I was one of the only 2 or 3 people in the store but they were really friendly nevertheless. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is, as friendly as they were they seemed to be more concerned with what the "could" sell me as apposed to showing me what I actually came in for.

Jaidyn was absolutely rude when we were checking out this afternoon the store in Leeds Outlet Mall. Her and her "friend" behind the register had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a frequent shopper at Rue 21 but based on what I witnessed today, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. She acted like it pained her to ring us out at her register and actually rolled her eyes when the customer in front of us declined to giver her her email address. When the woman realized she grabbed the wrong soze, Jaidyn physically turned her had to make a face at her coworker to pole fun at the woman. At the very least it would be nice if store employees pretended like they care about the store and their customers.

I didn't give all five stars simply because, I saw dress I liked and I told one of the employees that I would be back to get it in 2 hours. Upon my return to the store, I noticed when I looked behind the register I saw a dress but, something told me to continue to look and when I did, I saw my dress that was was supposed to be on hold laying across a box I assume to be put back on the floor. I'm so glad that I turned around and looked because had I not, it probably would have been put back out on the floor and someone would have bought it. I went ahead and purchase address because I love it but that employee needs some more training.

They always have a sale, online and in store. A lot of times I order online up to the free shipping to the store and just pick it up on my way home a few days later. Clothes seem to be of cheaper quality lately so I'm very extra when I wash them but i'm only wearing them to work or to lounge so it's ok.

Terrible clothing depending on your choice. Mom bought a and it literally come apart when she put it on. Like some kind of wardrobe situation on a soap opera.. And my swimsuit top broke the first time i wore it. The prices could be better.

The service is piss poor.y mother and I entered the store and one associate was less than 10 feet away from us looked at us and continues to do whatever she was doing no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed any assistance. We walked passanothwe associate and she didn't speak either so my mom spoke say how are y'all doing? One girl looked at her like she was crazy and still did not speak or acknowledge us...

I often go her to shop for my niece. The puefume selection is also teen friendly not to harsh. The prices are also great rather it be clothing, shoes, or accessories.
