Forsyth County Register-Deeds

We had a surprisingly pleasant experience at the Register of Deeds while getting our marriage license. The people were well-informed and courteous, and they were happy to answer all the questions we had and to make sure everything was in order. We also received several kind congratulatory remarks on our way out, which was so nice. United Way was holding some kind of event in the downstairs lobby, so we even got a free donut from Krispy Kreme! Though I only intend to marry one time, I do wish I could apply for a license again!

Called today to get information on a marriage license and I was kind as I requested information. It appeared as if she were annoyed me requesting the information. I ever the license in Guilford County. Much more professional and less expensive. Her attitude is just one of the many continued problems in our society. People lack God and proper upbringing in their lives.

Whatever you do, don't order any copies of your documents online! They claimed there was an error in processing my birth certificate request, but apparently they had no issue when it came to processing money out of my checking account.
