Not what you expect from a gov office. Very nice team and they are there to help you. You are not a head of cattle here like 90% of all the gov offices. I would drive the extra miles just for that true human interaction. Durham-Raleigh people you should go there next time and see it for yourselves!!!

Friendly and very efficient staff. If you want to use a debit/credit card, there may be an additional fee. Bring cash to be safe.

The staff does not accurately and constantly enforce the statue in a manner that is helpful to their customers. They approach every situation in an argumentative manner and make up the rules as they go. They are supposed to serve the public and not just themselves.

Headaches is this office primary purpose. Most confusing entity I've ever experienced.
