I can say, with some bias, that Fort Randall Telephone is a great company. Yes, they are the only provider in my area as I live in a rural coverage area that has no other options. However, my business brings me into homes and businesses within a 50 miles radius of my home base and I have customers that share not-so-favorable experiences of telephone and internet service from other providers. Telephone service has been flawless for over the 18+ years we had it in our current location. Fort Randall has been and excellent rural internet provider and has made timely improvements to keep up with increasing demands of bandwidth.
