The new terminal is no longer downtown it's in a gas station. Small area but hot food.

The ass who waiting on us. Was so mean my kid cry he shouldnt have a job the way he talks to people it looks bad on greyhound the only reason it gets one star cause it won't let me post if I didn't give one

First time I have ever gotten even an answer to a call to anything involving Greyhound. Bev was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Wish I could say the same about the rest of the company. If I only had to deal with this station, I might use Greyhound again but since that's not possible, I definitely won't.

Lazy, improper. Moves my suitcases way to much, even gave on away. Won't scan my printed ticket and make real baggage claims.
