Jefferson lines bus services are great! Buses are on time and clean. No smell inside the bus. Moreover, jefferson bus station are very convenient to reach and their staff was corporative. U can book your ticket online . It is very easy to book. Not only this, even its driver was very friendly and helpful. That bus is so comfortable even, elder people could travel alone under their care. I would like to recommend it to everyone .

Tried to get my brother a ticket so he could be with the family for the birth of my first child...2 hours later, no phone calls getting through, website is garbage, no help anywhere to be found. Im just getting him a plane ticket at this point.

Went to buy a ticket the hrs said open but nobody was there waited an HR nobody showed up called the 800 number got no help the worst place to purchase anything even though the hrs are posted they are never right.
