The gym may be great but there is a boxing coach there by the name of Ola Donaldson or coach O who works with or owns Liberty fitness boxing studio. He scammed my 15 year old son out of 570$ for boxing lesssons and equipment he never received. We’re told we would get our money back and it has been a month and we never received it. He also stopped communication with us. He told us his move was temporary, it was not. At first told us he was the owner then said he was not when we asked for our money back  due to him moving location and not informing us properly. Mind you, my son started in September at one location paid his money and by second week on October he moved to a location a lot further from us. Wanted us to pay a new membership fee to this gym after already paying him for private lessons. Then tells us this gym is his new location. It has been a month and still no refund. My son is very disappointed. He worked hard to save his money for something he wanted to do and Ola Donaldson of Liberty Fitness Boxing studio STOLE HIS MONEY! Now we have to go to court to try to get my sons money back. NOT a trustworthy guy in our experience. Very unfortunate.

The physical therapy is great but the gym needs like a basketball court so other people could have fun shooting hoops .

I was recently going to another facility in which I was not happy. So I decided to go to La Fortaleza Rehab, and I am in love. The facility is clean, well organized and when you're visiting for the first time, the wait time is quick ans smooth. The staff are courteous, friendly and very informative.

The staff and facility is absolutely amazing! They were clear and concise about the exercises and instructions and very supportive in many ways. I have been to other physical rehabs in Philly and they were not nearly as helpful in my recovery from back pain. Super shout out to all the staff!!

I love this place! Thanks to them i was able to learn how to walk again ! The staff here are amazing. They treat you with respect. The physical therapists really help you with your physical therapy I would recommend this place to everyone. This is the second time i am coming to this center. I will always choose Fortaleza for my physical therapy.

Me and my granddaughter have been coming to this facility for 10 years for an assortment of issues. My granddaughter 3 times for sprains and 2 fractures to her ankles, and me for 2 hip replacements. I have not used a cane anymore after my therapy was done. I have recommended this facility to every one who was looking for therapy or gym. The staff here are highly professional, knowledgeable, motivated, and caring. I give this facility 10 stars. I am now here for therapy after recent neck fusion. I won't go anywhere else.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The experience my husband had was absolutely terrible! The racial profiling and rachetry from the front desk was like walking into a ghetto convenience store. The front desk switched from English to Spanish insulting my husband unaware he knew what she was saying because of his Latina wife.  All the staff were on their phones and no one paid any mind to the clients. They could not find my husbands information so they basically screamed they couldn’t help him. When I called the woman I spoke to was barely sympathetic because she claimed to call my husband the day prior to say he needed another document. When I gave her the information they found him in the system. Clearly they had the wrong birthday. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome stuff really helped me with my pain because of them I'm now back to work

Horrible experience.  I arrived at my daughter's appointment on time and went to the front desk receptionist and was told to have a seat.  Another woman came to the front desk and preceded to help other people.  After waiting 10 minutes,  I went back and asked if someone could register my daughter,  I was given papers to fill out. After waiting again for a period of time, I canceled the appointment.  What a big waste of time.

This is my second time having PT at Fortaleza. The Staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Fortaleza without hesitation. If you're wondering about having PT at Fortaleza, No more wondering call and schedule your appointment today you will not be disappointed
