Lee and Dan were very helpful and patient. The cost of the furniture is not cheap BUT the quality and comfort is beautiful! emphasis on comfort You really get what you pay for. I've sat in other outdoor furniture at other stores and it just does not compare. We ended up buying 2 sets, instead of one. I am so happy we did! We are spending so much time relaxing in our new outdoor space. I highly recommend. Lee is very attentive to your needs.

We visited the Fortunoff Backyard Store in the Mercer Mall complex, looking for lounge chairs to coordinate with the outdoor dining set we purchased there two years ago. Lee was able to look up our prior purchase and show us the lounge chairs that were part of our set. She also showed us a number of other lounges that could also coordinate with our set. Lee was a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and pleasant. After answering all our questions Lee gave us a good deal on two lounge chairs and a small side table from the set we had purchased. We highly recommend Fortunoff Backyard Store and Lee.

I the place!! Awesome staff, Dan and Jay and beautiful, high quality furniture. I had searched the internet and visited multiple stores only to be disappointed by their limited selection and uncomfortable furniture. Dan and Jay are exceptional! Not only were they knowledgeable about their products but they were kind, and patient and went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. I highly recommend Fortunoff! I returned to Fortunoff to purchase protective covers for my umbrella and patio furniture as the winter season is approaching. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff, Dan and forgive me as I do not know the other staff member's name were exceptional in helping me find the appropriate covers to protect my furniture. Thank you, Fortunoff, I'm grateful!

Great buying experience. We didn't plan on walking out with a new outdoor dining set but the price was to good to pass up! They were very friendly and not pushy at all.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Fortunoff. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great quality and prices. We purchased a set from Fortunoff over 10 years ago and it's still in excellent condition.

Store had a nice selection and was well laid out. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The chairs came quickly and the delivery people took them out of their packaging. It was a great experience overall.

Purchased a set with chaise lounge many months back. Been looking to add two more chaise lounges but they have been out of stock for months. I called my local store who told me still out of stock, none pending etc but said showing they have 1 in a store in NJ and told me to call that store. I called and spoke with Dan, very friendly and confirmed he did actually have one on his floor in great condition. He agreed to have it shipped to my local store so I can pick it up there. Very nice and appreciative for both stores to make this happen. Now I just have to hope one or 2 more come in at some point.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. When we had to leave to get to another appt they handled it well. When we returned they had all the paperwork ready to go. Delivery is set flip accomodate our availability. Very nice experience.
