First time visiting a Jo Ann and really liked it. Great place for art and craft supplies. Also they have a lot of items geared towards beginners. So for people interested in picking up a hobby visiting this place will give you lots of ideas.
My first time in a store like this since I'm not a fabric designer or anything like that. LOL. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be with my limited knowledge. The store was clearly labeled and laid out pretty clearly. They helped me with my measurements and if I needed to I would return. Great sales all over the store.
Cashier April should learn to LISTEN and not run the transaction as a gift card for ALL Visa gift cards transaction! Poor attitude and services! Waited almost 5 minutes just to get checked out and it was early in the day.
Super many textiles/ fabrics for anything! They have great selection and you can do anything you want from them! Dresses, costums for kids, home deco... whatever! I have spent 3 hours there today : they have tons of textiles for baby stuff, cosplay costums, even batic ones. Most of the fabrics are cotton so easy to handle!
I was having trouble with a project and getting the appropriate fabric. I ended up returning several different items and trying others. I struggled so much and Danielle and Becky were amazingly and helpful. The best customer service I have experienced.
DO NOT ORDER YARN FOR PICK UP FROM THIS JOANN! I placed a bulk order for pick up, and most of the yarn skeins are OBVIOUSLY being used! The center of the skein is hollow, and it is much lighter in weight. Either the staffs do not care, or they try to get rid of them by sneaking in the pick-up order. I ordered from multiple locations and did not have this happened before. Super disappointed!!!
Lots of great finds. Great sale prices too. The store does look like they need more help. Hard times to find good workers.

Cashier and manager were both wonderful but they were unable to process my return so I will have to go back... Frustrating and a bit unbelievable that their "system" was able to process purchases but not returns.
Tried to return a defective sewing machine only $40 small one with a receipt one week after I got it. They said because I “used” it they would not return it. Even spoke to the manager and she refused to return it. Went to the Joann in Langhorne PA and they returned it without any issues
