A great experience!!!!! The prices were outstanding! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and do not rush your shopping experience. Nichole went above and beyond helping me!! She explained the sale and looked for items for me. I will definitely return!!

Really good service. The two ladies that were working were very helpful. They provided honest answers to some questions about smart watches that I really appreciated. Also - gave a military discount which was definitely appreciated as well. Would recommend them as the service was good and the prices were very competitive.

A great store with many nice selections and even greater staff willing to help you and go the extra mile to provide excellent service. I had a few of my Fossil watches that needed battery replacements and the team members here were very helpful and kind with helping me.

Grant helped me today, find my mother a perfect Mother’s Day gift. After choosing a wallet he helped me pick out a bag to match. Spent as much time with me as I needed, didn’t feel rushed. Super knowledgeable about everything Fossil and very pleasant to talk to. I’ll definitely be back again.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Chavi sold me on a watch instantly, Nicole runs a great store and was very involved in sizing and engraving. Great customer service, I will recommend to friends and family that come down to New Orleans. We bought 4 watches Thursday, came back Friday and bought 2 more. Thumbs up and 5 stars!!!!!

Ok before we get started let’s give a round of applause to Nicole!!! loud consistent claps. Now that we got that out of the way let’s get to the details. So I’m one to sometimes do the most in purchasing things for others, not to mention on occasion waiting until the last minute. Went into Fossil on a mission to get two watches for my parent’s anniversary and was going to figure out how to engrave a message on them later. Only had three days in time to play with. Nicole acknowledged my want and immediately activated. OH and she also said “how about we engrave them right here right now.” I didn’t even know Fossil engraved! Mind blown smh lol. Not only did she show me a few awesome styles, but helped me pick out the perfect two watches. Added bonus they were on sale. She totally one stop shopped me! Watches picked, engraving accomplished, and I’m walking out feeling uber excited about my purchase. Just want to say THANKS again Nicole! Super grateful you worked that day and heavily appreciative of your efforts to make sure I induced a smile on my parent’s faces.

Tim was beyond awesome! I went in to purchase 1 item and I ended up not only buying more because of the great sale, but also getting some engraved. The engraving part was solely suggested by Tim. It was a great surprise for my partner and I owe it all to Tim. He was astounding and a great asset to this company.

Great friendly staff and selection. Has lots of leather purses and wallets. I've bought several watches over the years at this location. They've always held up. Prices are excellent, about half.

Just stopped in on way to beignets Was just gonna browse but Nicole was just too friendly, knowledgeable and exuded generous southern hospitality so we ended up with a small purchase. She and her co-worker are very nice and know their merchandise. We will definitely be back before we leave NOLA if just to say bye!
