From the first time I stepped into this beautiful boutique, 2 years ago, I've been hooked. The quality and style of clothing is top notch! I love the ethical standards they keep in regard to the different brands they carry. All the girls are authentic and very caring to my needs as well as every customer who walks through the door. I've always felt welcomed and cared for. I love when they outfit me! I also love buying something for myself knowing the profit of my business goes towards helping their quarterly sponsors. This boutique is all encompassing down to every detail! I really can't say or boast enough to their well thought out concepts of carrying out a successful business model with helping others in every way. Thank you gorgeous girls for making me feel on top of the world every time I come in. Sometimes several times a week.

Great selection of very stylish, modern clothing. There are so many things I can see getting from this store. They have the perfect grey sweater, a great black skirt, that unforgettable little black dress and the structured blazer you can wear everywhere! It is very LA, but in an approchable way. You can pick out just about anything from here to "throw on" and look ever so effortlessly chic. This little boutique is a welcome breath of fresh air for 23rd ave. It fits the vibe of the street, but in a more youthful and confident way. Another big plus is their mission. All of the profits go to charities. So not only can you come by and pick up that "it makes me look so happy and confident" outfit, but you can feel good about it, too. The price range is quite wide, there are items for around $50 and others that are upwards of $400. But no matter how much you feel you can afford, the environment is very friendly. Happy shopping!

LA meets NY in this beautiful light filled, perfectly curated, shopping with a purpose boutique. With a wide variety of impeccably selected investment pieces, I always find treasures at Foundation that stay in my closet all year round. It just so happens that they’re pieces that give back to our community and the craftsmen that made them. From sustainable workout leggings, cozy cashmere sweaters, sultry silk dresses, and heels to die for ... just take me now. Oh, and make sure you ask for help from one of their stylists/managers/owners because they are all fire and go above and beyond with recommendations and adjustments. Step in line because everyone wants to be their BFF. Love you Foundation. Mean it.

This is my favorite Portland boutique. Their clothes are all high quality and I receive compliments on everything I’ve bought from Foundation. It’s also my go to for gifts, I like to explain that all of their profits go towards a local charity of the month. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Not your average Portland boutique. Super fashionable, classy, sexy clothes, and helpful staff. I buy things for my girlfriend here to ensure undying love.
