Found some summer items on sale at the end of August. Friendly staff, clean interior, ultra modern fitting rooms which allow you to customize the lighting to make sure your new fit is just right. Good selection of men's and women's outdoor apparel.

Amazing customer service! The sales associate who helped me went above and beyond. I had a confusing return and was fully expecting to be told it wasn't possible to exchange sizes without an order number, but I received nothing but patience and problem solving. I am so happy that my boyfriend is able to get his favorite pants in the right size! I highly recommend shopping at this store. Great atmosphere and employees.

There was one in Santa Barbara, Ca. but it closed so when I was here visiting Portland and saw this one I had to stop in. The store is well lit and easy to get around in as they keep the spacing between racks and displays roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful but do look around because the one person helping me didn't know that a shirt I was looking at came in another color that was on the same display! They do have clearance racks and good sale racks. Overall a great place to shop. EDIT: I do have a problem with them deleting pictures I have posted numerous times, nothing offensive in them and they are good shots of the store inside. I guess they like showing places that have nothing to do with the actual store. This seems to me overly controlling where we can't see what this location truely looks like or has to offer other than primped staged ad shots.

6 months or so of light usage. Contact customer service with hope they stand behind their product, but I do not of "proof of purchase" so no help. Advice from them remember what store you got them from and ask them. I don't remember what store. Sustainable should not mean inferior.

This place is fantastic! Prana has some of the best clothing around and I would always come back! Wish they had a store in Salt Lake! The staff was really nice at this location as well! Updated 2018: Still as good as ever.

The sales associate, Alecia, made my trip to Prana so quick and easy. I was looking for the style of jeans that I already owned and she had a super similar style in my hands in just a quick moment. Beyond her excellent customer service, she seemed genuinely invested in me finding jeans that I’d be happy with. She wasn’t trying to push a purchase, she was making sure that I found what I was looking for. The Prana products are excellent and having such a positive experience makes me love the brand even more

I came to the store to return an item purchased through the prana website. The blouse did not present as it did on the website. I didn’t even try it on- I figured I would just come to the store, browse and find something else. When I approached the sales associate with my blouse, order details and receipt he told me that he could not accept it because he stated that I had clearly worn and washed the shirt and was now trying to return it. Mind you, the blouse still had all the tags on it. I pointed this out to him and even showed him the same blouse on display in the store. Both shirts looked exactly the same. He stated that the tags can put back on easily and that the blouse smelled of softener! He went as far as to smell the shirt! The associate was incredibly rude, and shamed me in front of other clients and customers, essentially calling me a liar. I don’t know if this type of thing happens often in Portland, however I have never experience anything remotely close to this. Single-handedly, the most unprofessional and pretentious staff and retail atmosphere I have ever encountered.

My husband and I came in here and was helped by a woman named Ally. I wanted to leave a review because she completely blew our experience out of the water! Of course, every employee had great customer service, but she worked with us directly and was so personal, patient, funny, and was so helpful with trying to find the right stuff for us. She’s really a special type of person and I’m so thankful for the amazing customer service she had!! I would drive back to Oregon just to shop with her again!

Great quality and service. They didn't have the pants I wanted in black at the store so they sent them to my house no charge. I like their ideals. People on here were complaining about the prices but I had just been up the street at the Levi's store where the jeans were NOT organic or fair trade and cost even more, but no one complains about them! I got two durable lightweight travel pants that fit perfectly. Very happy!

Somebody once said: There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. Well, they lied. All you gotta do is hit up prAna, and you'll be BUZZING with their outdoor gear and apparel that blurs the line between function and style. The staff here are incredibly kind, no pushy sales tactics, just genuine feels for you to get the right gear for your needs. Truly well-designed pieces here - and their guarantee is no joke! They replaced used pants for me at no charge. They used to hold free Yoga classes in-store several times a week and other events pre-covid. I hope those return!
