Fountain Hills - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center

This Goodwill location usually has a nice selection of items but gets 1 star for having one of the rudest employees I've ever witnessed in any retail store. There is a women who works the floor there in the mornings who has a very poor attitude. I've heard this woman make negative comments about and sometimes openly mock Customers, she acts annoyed at the sight/sound of children and bothered when you ask her anything, she seems more interested in gossiping about customers and socializing then working. Myself and another friend who shop here have both complained about this women to the management but it doesn't seem to make a difference. On the plus side, the two younger gentlemen usually working the registers and the guys at the loading/donations dock are always great, very helpful, nice and professional. I no longer donate items and shop less here now, after seeing how a couple of the employees treat the customers, the ones who donate and shop here to help keep them employed, I decided to start donating my items to the Churches in town instead. Almost forgot to mention, the Women's bathrooms are always absolutely filthy! Just hold it and go elsewhere filthy.....

I've been donating to this Goodwill location for years. Finally went inside one day and realized they have some great electronic replacement parts, cords etc. That are very inexpensive.

Google dollar days and half off sales. Nice selection of stuff. You can definitely find gems. I found a newish internet router for $7 that I was going to spend $17 on eBay!
