The little Forrest in the city

WE'VE BEEN HERE OVER A MONTH NOW AND WE'RE LOVING THE COMPLEX! WE'VE HAD SOME PLUMBING ISSUES, BUT MAINTENANCE TURNED US AROUND INSTASTLY WHEN THEY ARRIVED TWO MINUTES AT OUR DOOR WITH THE CALVARY SO TO SPEAK!

Loved living here and the only reason we left is because we moved out of state. I would call it an oasis in the desert. The buildings are older but if you have a maintenance issue it’s never longer than a week that you will wait. Emergency issues are taken care of immediately or the following day

Had to move back to my hometown. But best value in mid-town with all utilities paid as well as basic cable, HBO and Showtime included. Most also have washer/dryer in unit. Lots of storage and great staff and maintenance in gated community always on call.

I have lived here for going on seven months now and this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in you get a lot for your money here well worth it the staff in the office are great maintenance is always right there to fix whatever needs to be fixed I love this place
