The Thomas at Midtown

Lived here for over a year and it’s fabulous! There were a couple little problems but they were resolved. The maintenance is fantastic! They’re very friendly and respond quickly. They don’t rub it in when you have an ID10T problem either. We just need access to the nitro cold brew in the lobby again and it will be perfect.

Rent has gone up every month and they do not have enough parking spaces. If you get home at night you are out of luck finding somewhere to park

Moved here about a month and I absolutely love the place! Very happy with the team in the office. They made the move very easy. Leslie is one of the best property managers I’ve came across in my apartment living experience. Any situation I’ve came to the office with she finds a solution for.
