I lived one year in Garfield Phoenix. Complain list is long. Most important: I moved already over one month. The Studio was immediately rented after me but my Security deposit is still not paid.

They advertise home for sale for couple of hours , next day they took out of market and add said out of market' home not for sale . And the 3th day add comes up with pending sale. is that legally right in real state business?
