Walked in on a Saturday around 12:30-1pm. One lady behind the counter helping someone with whatever it was. The lady was just standing there making eye contact with me multiple times for over 10 minutes and didn’t say a word to me. She was helping someone chose colors of frames and it wouldn’t have hurt her AT ALL to casually say “can I help you?” The woman she was helping didn’t say a thing the whole entire time I was there... it was just the employee walking back and forth with the diploma or whatever it was fixating it against different frames. Totally turned off by the fact that it was just me and another woman in there the entire time and after multiple eye contacts, she didn’t say a single thing. Bye.
