I have been going to Dr. Frank for about 3 months after injuring my back during weight lifting. My experience there has been incredible and I cannot recommend him enough! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get my back feeling great again. He always makes great conversation, and going to the chiropractor as part of my weekly routine is something I look forward to now. If you are looking to relieve your pain while working with someone who is both extremely kind and professional, look nowhere else. Dr. Frank is the best!

My mother in Law went to Frank and she was having problems to where she could barely lift her arms. She made a full recovery all thanks to Frank's help. So my husband went to help his bad back pain and he has had his first day of no pain at all in his back after getting treatments at Disc and Spine. I went to get my shoulder looked at and to get help with lower back pain. My shoulder hurt every day and night when I slept and now it's complete better and doesn't hurt at all ... needless to say this is an amazing practice that gives real results..medical care that actually shows you where or what the problem is and then fixes it without medication or hassel.. thank you so much for all you guys do at Disc and Spine my family has been blessed by your service !

I’ve been going to here now for over a year because of how amazing this place is. I first came in because I was having back problems to the point where I could barely run and had been out of basketball for around 2 months. I tried multiple other chiropractors in Rancho but after working with Dr. Frank I was playing again after 2 weeks. After my back problem was fixed I found myself coming back to work on my shoulder and knee as well which were other injuries that happened and after just a couple visits everything was back to being great again! It’s also extremely easy to communicate scheduling as I find myself to be very busy and being able to work around times and days makes it so much easier to get in for my appointment.

Was in constant pain for years. After so many doctors, specialists, and several medications. I thought to try chiropractic care since that wasn't something I had done before. The first appointment exam and x-rays Dr. Frank knew exactly what was going on with me. I signed up for a recommended three month/three day a week treatment plan. So far about 1/2 way through my treatments I am about 75 percent pain free, and only taking IB or Tylenol once in a while. All of my symptoms were constant headaches, migraines, ear/jaw pain, vertigo, nerve pain, tingling and numbness in arms, legs, hand and feet, nausea, back and neck pain. I had no idea these symptoms were the cause of some major alignment issues. Dr. Frank has been awesome, he really cares about his patients, explains in detail what he is doing, and I am very happy that I made the decision to go with his treatments and then will also continue with maintenance recommendations.

I am going to try to make this short. Dr. Frank is a miracle worker!!! The best chiropractor I could have found. I had terrible pain in my back to where I couldn’t bend or walk. I went to him for two visits and still had a lot of pain. I decided to go to urgent care thinking they can help. The urgent care doctor wanted me to cancel my next few appointments and take pills. I called Dr. Frank to cancel my next appointment and I’m glad he talked me out of it. He advised me to continue my treatments and in one week I was back to work. I thought the first couple of treatments would make me feel better and I became desperate. I decided to go to urgent care out of desperation thinking they can help me get back to work faster. That was a big mistake on my part. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Frank and trusted the process. I would still be in pain and taking pills if I listened to the Dr at urgent care. My back feels great now I cannot recommend Dr. Frank enough. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and super flexible with scheduling.

Dr. Frank has been fantastic. Its tough to find a good chiropractor and I commute to back and forth from Las Vegas to see him. He has been so helpful in my rehabilitation with sciatica. It’s easy to see he has vast experience in the field. I was lucky to be recommended to him by a friend and would refer him to anyone else looking for a quality chiropractor.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Frank! I was in so much discomfort with lower back pain and numbness in my leg and he has made such a difference in my quality of my life. I could not stand or walk long distances and now I can. He is a great Chiropractor, and I highly recommend him!

I felt obligated to write this review for anyone who is questionable about chiropractic care. I injured my lower back 4 years ago which was causing me a lot of pain in my lower back and hips. I went the traditional doctor care route for relief or care to no avail. Then was sent to their so called back specialist to be sent off with muscle relaxers which ended up being a waste of time and absolutely no relief and I gave up with the whole doctor thing and suffered. About 5 months ago I started have saitic nerve pain which wouldn't go away and was interfering with my ability to do my job, that's when I reached out to Dr. Frank which after careful diagnosis he recommended a plan which would help correct this and my lower back issue also. So I didn't have anything to lose at this point and agreede. Dr frank recommended a MRI to solitify his earlier diagnosis which was spot on . Give yourself the gift of relief and see Dr Frank you won't regret it. Ty Dr. Frank.

I suffered from plantar fasciitis for almost a year before coming in to see Dr Frank. I bought every stretcher, and splint. I did physical therapy, and took the cortisone shots. Nothing helped. I'm halfway through my treatment now, and I'm finally feeling like myself again. The pain is going away, and my foot is healing. Dr Frank cares about his patients, and their recovery. I would, and have recommended him to anyone with pain or discomfort. He's he's a great guy, and he's here to help!

I heard about Frank from the owner of the gym I go too. I was having really bad pain in my calf and she recommended I go see Frank. I walked in that day after my workout class and he was able to take a look at my calf. He was able to figure out what was wrong and started treatment right away. He hooked me up to the muscle stimulator machine and although I was still in pain after, it did feel a little better. While I was there I had him adjust my back since I have a lot of sciatic nerve pain and I felt amazing after! I went back to him about 6 times after that and he was able to get my calf completely back to normal and my back was feeling so much better! Frank is a really great guy. He takes his time to make his clients feel comfortable and tells them what they can do at home to help improve whatever is wrong. He keeps his equipment clean and always puts clean sheets and towels down for each client. If I ever need any adjustments in the future, I know I can trust frank to take care of me.
