Since 2015 20 plus children have died while in custody of fccs. Defund this modern day Auschwitz

Case worker made the situation 10x worse on myself and my children. Completely unprofessional and uneducated smh but the kids did get some gift cards, probably only because she felt guilty and wanted to make herself feel better Definitely the wrong field for that person to be working in

They claim to want to help keep families together but yet they employ home wreckers like Tracy toops who sleep with married men trying to break up their family and prey on a man who is seeking treatment from addiction to better his life as well as his family’s

I think FCCS should stop abusing their power to harass great parents of wonderful children. This organization will ridicule, and stereotype any family who lives in a low income neighborhood. I'm a great mom who cleans, cooks, and provides exceptional care for her children and am falling victim to the type emotional abuse that this agency stands to dish out. My recent experience speaking with one of their poorly trained, and uneducated workers was absolute torture. This woman in my opinion is a predator, and gets great joy at the expense of others pain. She will stand tall in your own home and try her hardest to make you cower down. Not only is she un professional, she is down right rude in every aspect. Upon leaving my home she discussed details about my case without my consent to people whom are not included in the actual case. BEWARE!!!! These people are leaches. They take children from good loving families and place them in homes, and subject them abuse. All they want is a paycheck. They don't care at all. This place needs to be totally restaffed with actual mother. I bet if I were a rich soccer mom living in Dublin they wouldn't even had been brought into our lives.

Sham of an agency ...my sons mother abandoned him Nov 21st long with all her minor children living with her allegedly at the suggestion of her girlfriend at the time. After a few days I contacted FCCS to make a report. They initially did nothing. Come to find out there was allegations of abuse stemming from earlier in the school year by the school officials to Franklin County and they deemed the case closed and immaterial even though there was evidence. They never contacted me because my sons mother told them I was not a part of his life which was a blatant lie. After contacting the police department and making a report then and only then did a worker contact me and start an investigation. In the investigation it was revealed that she admitted she really didn't have cancer even though on social media she proclaimed to have had Stage IV inflammatory breast cancer that was in the terminal phase. They knew this because I sent them the screenshots and videos of her making the bogus claims and when she was called in to make a statement the caseworker at the time stated that she told her she didn't have cancer.They knew about her lying about hitting the lottery for $8.5 million dollars, they know about her creating fraudulent documentation to attempt to purchase a $350,000 home. That alone should've sparked concerns because it gave a synopsis of her state of mind which was a defect in nature. She claimed to have tried committing suicide she also claimed to be a felon in possession of a weapon....yet they did NOTHING. The excuse was "he's with you now".....at the time I didn't have custody and they could have intervened and systematically removed him from her custody and asked the court to put him in my custody on an emergency basis. I asked them to but did they ...NOPE. I had to endure months of going downtown to court dates of which she would never show up...till this day she hasnt and that's how I was awarded custody. Nothing from what they did but all on me. Why does this agency exist if the premise is based on the welfare and safety of children ‍

Very well trained staff who perform very difficult work. Some of the posts here are misleading. Child welfare workers don't have the authority on their own to remove children from their caregiver. That is always the last, not the first option. Any removal is done legally by the police, usually with a court order removal with imminent danger is legal. Staff aren't perfect at this or any institution and parental rights are not severed flippantly by the courts. Greatly underpaid staff considering the job, its risks and the skill required.

I filed three complaints with them regarding the safety of my granddaughter. Two which were phone calls, and the third was a personal visit. When I told her that her baby sister don't even get to see her sister . She tapped my phone and said you got a picture. So, being homeless. Is safe for a baby, both of them dont have jobs. How can you care for a baby with no money !?!?... Children Services is a joke!!!!

FCCS are no help at all. They would rather have you file all the paper work yourselfspend your money and time/resources to seek custody regarding abuse/neglect. This helps them avoid the time and money to do it. Parents have more rights to to do every/anything to their children than someone doing the right thing by them. Having seen this a few times FCCS does nothing until a dangerous situation meaning the child is in an ICU or dead. I went thru that SO--CALLED court system and you and the judges would rather send a child back into the same environment with a parent who can't take care of a child/children than with a person who can. As a result, you've set them up to fail, the court system sets them up to fail. There is no such thing as the best interest of the child. Your website states that, "Franklin County Children Services is mandated by Ohio to investigate reports of child abuse and neglect". Really? They have supervisors that determine what abuse/neglect is defined as and they make the determination if they will investigate. Even the CCS system fails with reporting it. Parents don't have to have anything to do with their children, clothe them, feed them, medical, no concern with their education, no shelter due to irresponsibility or not wanting to pay their utilities. Let me see...why does this organization exist? You and a judge can go home at night and no worry about placing any kid back into the same environment. And you wonder why things in the world are happening? And Chris FC, you must work for them. Tried no rating, because the system is a failure.
