Wonderful, caring staff! As an officiant I have seen how they have been very helpful and polite to couples, in addition to answering my questions in a timely professional manner. They have even adjusted their hours and changed their procedures in a way that benefits couples getting married.
I don't know who I just talked to on the phone but she squeezed me into a marriage license appointment after I explained that the last person told me to call back too late to get in there. Truly saved the summer for my partner and I. THANK YOU.
The employees here are great people. Very helpful, they answered all our questions, and they were really helpful. Only took about 5 minutes, and there was no line.
I was unfortunately hung up on twice without being spoken to could hear them hanging up the phone Customer Service does not seem to be the best.
