It boasts more than 100 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with resort-style amenities and vast city views, soon to include ground-floor shopping and dining."

Building has good bones and renovated nicely, but do not expect management to support you whatsoever. The promised underground parking is now over a year behind schedule, the pool is full of disruptive non residents despite an unenforced 1 guest policy, and if you complain, you will be told you are the only person unhappy - I have heard this from three others in addition to myself.
Took longer to get into than I expected but the location of the building sold me on this property. The press is right off the interstate and walking or scooting distance to everything downtown. The apartment and amenities are also nicer then most I've seen is this area. They're a little expensive but worth every penny. Besides the lack of communication with the leasing agent this is by far the best apartment I've leased.
We moved in last week.....solid location and definitely more than happy with apartment. Quality of construction and attention to detail. Looking forward to completion of rooftop pool and the opening of other amenities shortly.
No one calls back about setting up a tour. Called three times and it’s always a third party person who takes down information and says someone from their team will reach to set up a tour and no one does. Been waiting for a month now after a few tries.
Called for 3-4 weeks, emailed, submitted request to tour via direct website and apartments.com. Okay as told by the off site office that we would get a call back ASAP several times and we never heard back. I called once more today to see if there was any updates, there was none. Idk how people move into this place if they don’t ever hear back from anyone.
