This gym has the most amazing atmosphere. I have never felt more supported in my health goals than I do at Freight House Fitness. I love this place and all of the people in it! Cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is!
Love Freight House! The trainers are just intense enough and know how to give a solid workout. The original location in the west bottoms does not have air conditioning, which sounds miserable but it's a great way to really feel like you've done a great job. Check it out for sure!
Sean and co. are a pretty rad group. The work outs are intense, the atmosphere is inspiring and uplifting, and the group of people who attend are dedicated. Highly recommend, two thumbs up!
Freight House is the best! Coach Crazy Brandon Smith and Coach Steve are so good at uplifting and motivating their clients! It is easy to see that they are passionate about the work that they do! Thank you! Y’all are doing God’s work!
So great to get back into the gym and work out! I need the motivation that comes from working out with others and an awesome coach like Brandon! It's the best!
