The staff is not friendly. Beautiful store and layout very expensive. James is dirrctore very rude nasty mean man. Now i hope you can understand why the staff is the wat they are please go to another place to buy your produce this one is price grouching due to the upscale neighborhood.

This is one of my favorite whole food type stores. Great prices and very friendly, helpful staff!

The staff is very personable and helpful. The produce is usually very good and well stocked. They carry a lot of items for specialty diets which is a huge plus, but the downside is that for some products the price difference between here and another store can be a bit exaggerated. I usually pop in when they have sales on the stuff I typically buy and I'll leave satisfied. Also, their French bread is fantastic.

Very nice store. I usually go there for fresh produce. Sometimes you have to go in there with the mindset of getting what is on sale that week. Some weeks are better than others but over all I am usually satisfied. I don't buy a lot of meat from there. I do sometimes get chicken and it is always reasonable. They even sell perfect portion sizes for a single person. No need to worry about food waste. The cookies/ brownies in the bakery section are pretty good too! I really like the store. Check it out.

The thing I really like about this store is that it isn't too massive or overwhelming. It's easy to navigate. But, the selection is still very impressive. Prices are more reasonable than Whole Foods. Parking is easy and the check-out lines are never very long when I'm there. Definitely a great choice for quick grocery trips!

I'm a bit surprised to see any bad reviews I have been made aware of a lot of different issues however, my story is totally different. From the moment I walked into Fresh Thyme I had a really good feeling. The produce and meat is amazing and the prices are incomparable. There's a guy that's been in the meat department every time I go he's super friendly and nice. All the staff had been very positive and friendly. People consistently made sure I was finding everything I needed. 4 cases of blueberries for $5? Come on now where else can you get that ? I got one of the biggest T-bone steaks I've ever seen for $8 I will be back again and again and again. I'm excited to take a new health journey with this amazing farmers market!

An enjoyable shopping experience. Produce sales are some of the best in town and the butchers produce some excellent in house sausages. Absolutely huge bulk foods section that has everything from nuts to granola to candy. They also offer a house coffee bean station that when on sale is very reasonable and good quality. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Only flaw is the store is marketed towards organics which can increase prices of products.

This store is like a mini Whole Foods but it's not as busy. The prices are more reasonable and they have a variety of options. They offer home and personal care items like organic cleaners, Himalayan salt lamps, and essential oils. They also have lots of vegan and vegetarian food to choose from. They sell both organic and conventional foods. They have a loyalty program.

My husband and I love Fresh Thyme! We shop there almost exclusively, because of the quality of the food and the prices. I don't think many people are aware that there entire meat section is non GMO and antibiotic free and there's always something on sale. They make n sell their own sausage n, should they run out of one of their many flavors, they'll make more for you. The fruit n vegetable section is amazing as well n they have a fantastic health n beauty area as well. This review wouldn't be complete either, without mentioning the outstanding staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and they'll go out of their way to get whatever you need. On our very first visit, we wanted to try a pizza but that section of the store had closed. The young man behind the counter noticed us standing there, asked if we needed assistance, reopened the oven n made us an outstanding pizza...we didn't even have to ask. You just don't see that level of service anywhere else. I highly recommend you try it out!

This is my favorite grocery store in Louisville. The quality of the produce is fantastic, fresh meat counter is also very good. I am addicted to their fresh bulk items, especially the coffee, fresh ground nut butters and spices. Weds are double ad days, Thurs are $4.99 sushi rolls. Prepared food section and salad bar are both great. Everyone is very friendly!
