This has been my go-to when in town, stopping in daily for smoothies and such. Well today I experienced a rude employee. Super bummed since I really love the store and smoothies. Makes me definitely not want to deal with that again.
I just love this place n have forever they're all so nice n know their stuff which is nice! I've been calling y'all sorry about salt Matt put me on hold for not long and checked it might not sound like a lot n shouldn't be rewarded for doin the right thing but until things change THANKS MATT for taking the time to look for my stuff #I #
Went for the Sunday market, fresh local organic veggies & kimchi! Got to meet some awesome local farmers & completed our shopping list inside! They have a great looking juice bar & Cafe as well.
Love the smoothie bar, fresh local produce, overall selection and pleasant staff. Becoming more of a regular preferring RB over Whole Foods these days.
I come here when I need a pick me up Love the staff, the food is fresh, the smoothies are amazing; really cool selections of random stuff you won’t find other places. A local gem.
The staff and management of Rainbow Blossom's Saint Matthews store have been a life-saver for me and my family since the lock-down. Literally. Top-quality products, outstanding customer service and fair prices. Rainbow Blossom has made me a loyal customer for life...and I heartily recommend it! November 22, 2023 PS: When I asked the cashier for the Thanksgiving store hours, she told me and then added... I love to work! This speaks volumes to me. About RB's culture. Its customer service experience and more!
Biggest rainbow blossom in the Louisville area. Fairly good selection of quality, organic foods, etc. The employees running the juice bar however, lack customer service skills.
Rainbow Blossom Farmer's Market is amazing. Every Sunday
In my experience, this chain’s service is hit or miss. I’ve never been greeted warmly, welcomed back or experienced genuine conversation with employees. I’ve shopped two Louisville locations for years and the customer service has been consistently disappointing for the prices charged. Product offerings are always great but the human engagement component leaves something to be desired.
I love going to Rainbow Blossom and seeing all the local stuff they carry. Though I would like to see them do more to compete against Whole Foods' hot bar and other fresh, prepped offerings. Went to RB looking for an omnivore's lunch today and all I saw was a not very appealing chicken salad sandwich.
