Still the best smoothie king in Louisville. . . Miss the 5 dollar Friday. The new pricing is crazy. And the 2 for 8 special doesn't work correctly on the app.
I loved the place, was clean the personel was kind and very attentive to help us with our questions, I loved the pinnaple surf smothie and love all the healthy options they have for you to pick.
Yep. Decent Vibe, tucked away. Solid options but prefer that some had supplements already in the smoothie not extra $
Tried something different outside of the classic Caribbean Way and Strawberry Kiwi Breeze; I tried the Lemon Strawberry, and let me tell you, it's perfect.
This is our go to smoothie spot! The staff is always welcoming, professional and courteous.
Best Smoothie King in Louisville!!!! And I go to all of them a lot The vegan mixed berry smoothie that I get is made to perfection and their online ordering process is on point. Despite them being a busy store, they ALWAYS have my order sitting right there by the door where I can just grab it and run. If I have time I will drive out of my way to go to this location. Also, they give frequent $2 off rewards when you order through the app. Way to go Smoothie King!!
Great Smoothies Fast Friendly service!
I'm done with Smoothie King after being a loyal customer for years. I drive 20 minutes out of my way and when I arrive y'all closed when Google says you're open. Which means I drive 40 minutes to get nothing and waist time. I've done this at least 6 times in 6 months. Between the Bardstown and Shelbyville rd. Stores idk who is worse. I'm done with all Smoothie Kings!!! You guys have really disappointed me lately!!!
Their online ordering is never available anymore, which I always loved because it allows me convenience while on lunch to avoid standing in line.
Zero stars!!! I used to absolutely love going to this specific store even when out of the way. The service was great. The young ladies remembered my order and even the supervisor. I forgot his name. That all stopped after I began noticing the mood and vibe was very tense. Sometimes I would sit before a meeting or appointment and chit chat or read on my phone. You hear stuff. People talk. The demographics of the store was majority young black ladies. They were all nice, funny, and cool. One day, I overheard one of them talking to another employee about the manager/owner of that franchise about how he told a couple of them ON THE CLOCK that his newborn child WHO IS WHITE doesn't like black people. I was so bothered by this. As time continued and I kept giving my money for the great service those young ladies provided, they started disappearing and now there's but one black young lady that works there. They've all been replaced by white people...I'm NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!
