Do not order from here online over the weekend. The website will take your order, then you will arrive at the location to find they are closed all weekend. Website says they are open. I now have to figure out how to get my 15 dollars back.
This spot is within the 1001 Woodward building. Everytime I come here, I get the same bowl. The Bamboo bowl. This bowl is absolutely amazing! From the quality ingredients used to the savory green curry sauce! I always leave a tip because the service is spot on as well. Thanks Freshii!Food: 5/5
I added protein to my bowl and did not receive, don’t understand how that happened when it me and another Individual in there, paid 17 dollars for meal and it was waste, super annoyed.Food: 1/5
First time trying out Freshii. I enjoyed the chicken teriyaki bowl. I nice healthy alternative. The portion is big enough for two or three people. Depends on how hungry you are.
This place is very good, the food is fresh and tasty! The service is outstanding and they are very friendly too! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want real non processed food with a smile!
I dont know whats been going on, but the food and service has gone way down hill. The last few times the food is eh at best and is never made how I ask. It's a shame when it cost $15 for a bowl and its cold and not made how you asked. Do better or lower your prices to match the quality.Food: 2/5
The location at 1001 Woodward closes early every day. They have their hours literally posted on the window that they close at 3 but I have never seen them open past 12. And because of this they’re out of most things by 11:30. I put in an online order which said it was confirmed, I got here and they hadn’t even started my order and the door was closed. They were also out of steak which I ordered because chicken was not an option online and she offered chicken, which I’m sure is a price difference
Prepared quickly, clean, and very tasty. In addition to a couple benches and tables inside the store, the building also has outdoor plaza seating which is pretty nice.
Horrible service. The employees just stand around talking and ignore their customers. They are extremely unprofessional. The food is over priced and the quality is sub par. Management needs to do better. This place has gone downhill.Food: 1/5
Usually legit but 30 minutes after I placed my order I was walking over to pick it up I got a message saying they were closing early. It's already past lunch so if a client puts an order in at least reach out sooner than that so we can get lunch still with the hour or less we have to do so. UPDATE: Happened again. Nobody seems to care either. If you order at 1 or 2, be prepared to roll the dice on whether they want to prepare your lunch for you simply because they close @ 3.
