So disappointed! Before Covid, we loved this place. They used to have such delicious, fresh ingredients, and spectacular gluten free pizza! Went there tonight to find cheap tasting wings, no gluten free pizza and Mikes Pie that makes Little Caesars taste gourmet! We tried the Neapolitan yogurt and found a hair in it. Menu has been sliced with few choices. So sad.
I actually really liked this place! I finally caught it at the right time hour before, during, and after games and there weren't many people there. It was basically little caesars pizza if it were done in a non commercialized way. The ingredients were fresh and and were not heavy like some pizzas one might be used to. Definitely would visit more even though I wish it was open more often.
Great Food before the Red Wings game! Fast service. Great pizza but the cheese bread was even better!
The general manager was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. I like going to make pizza inside a Little Caesars Arena because the drinks are amazing. However after visiting yesterday and dealing with the general manager I will now take my money elsewhere. It was a very chaotic night and I understand employees are hard to fine. But in a time like this you should appreciate every customer and understand their concern. The reason you probably have such a high turnover because of your attitude. I hope this reaches corporate how!
My wife and I were in the arena for a Red Wings game and found this place. The food and regular staff service is great. However, we were given old menus apparently that reflected lower prices which played a major role in what we ordered. After receiving a bill higher than anticipated, we asked if the price could be adjusted because it was not our fault they had advertised to us the lower prices. The server who was great to us said they'll get the supervisor, and this is where things ent down hill. Usually it's the other way around where the server has poor service and the manager saves the day. I cannot tell you we have never witnessed such petty and childish acts when the manager came over in a restaurant environment. The manager said they did not update the menus and we need to pay the higher cost. I replied with no hostility that it wasn't our fault and we're requesting they adjust the price. The manager had then just under the threshold of yelling started waking away and saying, "That's terrible, that's terrible!" All while shaking his head. He didn't even have the nerve to come back to drop the adjusted receipt off. He sent another server to do it. He then comes back around and walks by, stares, and shakes his head again while I'm fiddling with my payment. I just looked back at him and smiled and wondered what a terrible day that man must have had and was unfortunately trying to take it out on my wife and I. He didn't give us his name but he was the skinny manager if that counts for anything. I did reassure the servers they were great though. This place would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for that incident.
I currently work at LCA and wanted to order chicken wings, I was going pay for them and then come back and pick them up to eat while at work. The young man that work there told me I could not order due to others not coming back to pick orders. I have many times in the past have ordered while at work and it was an a success . After working all day in the same building people should be able to eat while on break and not be treated like we can’t or won’t pay for Chicken .
The food was fine but the service was absolute garbage. QR code ordering, we were not offered an option to have a server. We got a pizza put in our table that wasn't ours, then 15 minutes later when our pizzas came up we told the food runner it wasn't ours and they gave it to the proper table. No one that worked there knew the table numbers and were constantly delivering it to wrong tables and asking people around who ordered what. This must be a fairly new establishment.
Great service, the server was attentive and quick even as the restaurant started filling up. Everyone was friendly. The pizza was fantastic, the best thing to fill up on before a concert!
We were waiting for the little Caesar's Arena to open. Unfortunately the restaurant was full and we had to sit at the bar next to an incredibly annoying woman. The bar tender was taking great care of us, food was done quickly and the quality great. The price was a little higher but we expected that in the arena. I was honestly surprised about the food quality. Expectations were not that high considering it is called Pizza bar. Definitely a place to go if you have a little time on hand
Had a great lunch with friends before an event everyone's drinks were good and cold... The pizza was more than enough to share between two people and the meatballs we're amazing. One of the best places to get a quick bite to eat in the arena.. was not a fan of having to go through a metal detector just to get in a restaurant.
