Freshwater Farms

Do not go here! Purchased some expensive shrubs last fall during their “fall is planting season” sale. They looked neglected from the onset at the farm, but we were assured they would bounce right back after a planting and watering. Did as instructed, and they never came back ... today, despite fertilization and tender care, they are hideously dead. After an infuriating phone call with a condescending manager — who claimed they can’t account for “nature” or the mismanagement of the shrubs (insinuating I must have done something wrong) — I was told no refunds would be issued. Meanwhile, everything I’ve ever planted from Lake Street Garden Center has survived the harsh winter.

Lots of plants to choose from: fruit trees, vegetables, flowers, herbs. Good planting advise and mulch too.

We picked up our pavers for our job in rangeley maine. We were treated with such professional service and personal care. It is very much worth the 4 hour drive to visit and buy at such a great place. Thank you Davey and Alex for all your help. We will.be back. Lill king

I'm always a last minute type of person when it comes to every holiday. But for Mother's Day, I had something come up the day before (Saturday) which was the day that I had planned to take care of getting flowers for my mom. They closed before I had a chance to come back home to New Hampshire that day so I ordered online off of their website nervous that they might not be able to do it--wasn't able to order until 6PM. Next day they delivered beautiful flowers to my mom before noon and I am so grateful! She was so happy and even told me the delivery person was so pleasant! So I definitely recommend ordering from Freshwater Farms as will I for the next occasion! Thank you!!
