Countrybrook Farms

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided expert help in picking out bushes for my backyard. Gave me great advice on transplanting, watering and fertilizing plants. Prices were very reasonable. Treated like a good next door neighbor. Have to get some ice cream as well!

I cannot say enough about my great experience with Countrybrook Farms. I do leave things till the last minute, and called to have a plant delivered to my sister for her birthday. In spite of my last-minute, they were able to suggest a wonderful rose bush and delivered it with a bow. My sister was thrilled . Mary Ann was professional, warm and engaging. If I didn't live so far away I would go there often.

My husband and I have been purchasing landscaping items from Countrybrook Farms for over 16 years. We have spent thousands of dollars on trees, shrubs, mulch, etc. and have always been pleased with their services. Recently, I needed 4 new boxwood shrubs, so of course I went back to Countrybrook. When I was ready to check out and pay, I realized I forgot a recent coupon I received which offered "Buy three container shrubs and get one free". I told the woman that I forgot it and asked if she could honor it. I explained that I have been a long time customer and would really appreciate it. She said "NO". They were ready to close, so I asked if I could bring the coupon in the following week so they could credit me the '4th shrub free". Again, she "NO". "We do not honor coupons after the purchase". What a shame that they felt it was better to save the $50 (the amount of the coupon) then provide great customer service.

Although we have been to Countrybrook a few times in spring and summer for tree's and shrubs, the place shines at Christmas. The tree selection is excellent, the staff is very helpful and tentative, and when you walk in the main barn, it is a Christmas paradise. They have lots of gifts, decorations, and food ... not to mention the grills, gardening and bird supplies and specialty foods. What a blast. We made multiple trips to Countrybrook this year.

They have a huge selection of nursery plants and the staff is always so helpful, we love this place.
