I can’t say enough about the Friendly Dental Group. My brother and his wife recommended them and I have to say, I am impressed. From the moment I booked my son’s appointment to the cleaning itself, I was thoroughly happy and pleased. All procedures were explained to me and I did not feel rushed. All of my questions were answered. Because of their superior customer service and competency, I decided to go ahead and order Invisalign for my son. All of the hygienists and Doctors I have encountered here authentically care about their patients. This level of professionalism is priceless for my family and I.
I don't usually like going to the dentist. But when I go to Friendly Dental, it's almost pleasant. The staff is always so friendly and professional. They make you feel at home and are careful not to scare you. And their prices are very reasonable. It's a great dental experience all around!
The team at this office is outstanding. I did my research first before I decided to try this dental group. I was running late and they still fit me in. Dr. LaPenna was courteous and informative about each step and the procedure. I had an abscessed tooth and she handled the procedure gently and with confidence. I have so far recommended them to my parents and sisters. I am so relieved to finally find a dentist I can completely trust and have confidence in.
My husband and I have been patients of this office for years. The office and rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff is organized and I have never had to wait long. Then interactions with everyone from the front desk to the hygienist have remained consistently professional and courteous. The dentists are always professional and meticulous in explaining proper dental care and hygiene.
Great experience! This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review for a dentist. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team were outstanding. I have come to find out over the years that you rarely can find any doctor’s office with a competent staff and a highly skilled doctor. At Friendly Dental I found both. I highly recommend them.
Such an amazing experience! I haven’t been to the dentist in many years because of past trauma. Dr. Hull was extremely patient and gentle and took his time with me. I appreciate his compassion and now I feel a lot more comfortable seeing a dentist. Many thanks to this office!!!
I've been going to Friendly Dental of Group of Charlotte-Whitehall for the past 3 years. Dr. Jackson is a great dentist, he is always gentle, and makes sure I am comfortable through the entire process. He never rushes you in or out of an appointment and always does a thorough job to make sure my teeth stay healthy. I recommend him for anyone looking for a dentist that cares about their patients!
So far I've had 3 visits. First for the exam and x-rays, it seemed very disorganized. The woman even stated it was her first time in that office. Visit 2 was for a cleaning and it wasn't too bad but I'm not sure if what they sold me was what I needed. Numbing was required and honestly the numbing hurt more afterward. Visit 3 was today for fillings. I'm not sure if they're short staffed or what the issue is. I sat down thinking I was getting some stuff done only on my upper teeth only to find them doing other things. Still baffled about what just happened in my mouth. I still don't know my doctor's name as they just pop in here and there. This experience is way different than what I am used to. Visit 4 is coming up. Update: the treatment plan I agreed to was what was done. Visit 4 was about the same. I came in and the hygienist did her thing. Called for the doctor to suggest the level of treatment I need. Jacob was nice enough to explain what was going on. I didn't see the doctor again because I don't know who they are. Jacob came back to tell me I need to come back every 3 months for a cleaning. I told him I don't think my insurance covers that many cleanings in a year. At this point I told him I will not be coming back. I explained how my experience has been with the front desk and I left.
I recently visited Friendly Dental Group, and cannot begin to express how pleased I was with the entire organization. From the friendly and courteous front desk to the hygienist and Dr. Dupim. I was more than impressed with how the procedure was performed. I needed a tooth extracted; it was the most painless extraction I have ever had. I left extremely happy and appreciate their professionalism. I will recommend them from here on out! Great Job!
Dr. LaPenna, her dental hygienist I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!, and Paul all really helped me when I called for an emergency appointment. I hadn’t been sleeping due to the immense pain I was in and I came in today where I was treated so nicely from everyone. I’m eternally grateful for being cared for by this office and would recommend. Thank you to everyone at the Whitehall office for helping me leave pain-free.
