Great customer service support and very welcoming. Loved Dr. Naureen's what you would call chair    chat manner.  I have really not been interested in dental hygiene as much as I should but she was good and informative. Would recommend Lake Pointe Family Dentistry.

Very rude and unprofessional…..the dentist I’m speaking of …..and staff needs a crash course on customer service and hospitality……was lied to twice about my appointment and had to take off of work twice ….don’t waste your time…..please go somewhere else. Very Very Ghetto vibe

Really hard working staff and a top notch professional, loving caring dentist.. The owner really care about the wellness of the customers first, when it comes to their teeth…
