Friends Sushi & Bento Place

The atmosphere of this place is fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for good, dare I say, GREAT quality sushi at low, affordable pricing. Staff is very friendly, service was excellent, and the shop is very clean. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, during their Saturday lunch special, and had a BLAST. $3.99 for rolls and a dollar for individual sushi pieces? Ridiculously good prices, ridiculously good food. 10/10 would eat here again.

Yum! This place a great neighborhood location! You'll always find Friend's busy during the typical meal hours but wait time is never too bad. Saturdays and Mondays there are amazing sushi special ($1 per piece and $3 per roll off a special menu). For lunch they have a great dine-in bento box option. It's a great spot to meet friends or go on a date.

Great place for inexpensive sushi on Monday nights. Classic, simple rolls allow you to order more for variety. Reliably tasty! We’ve been coming here for years.

This place has a wide variety of sushi rolls and some really good soups. They have onion soup. There is a sushi bar that you can sit at and a number of tables. The restaurant wasn't too busy when we arrived and we were able to get a seat right away but by the time we were ready to go there was a waiting line of 10 to 12 people. On Monday nights they have a special on selected sushi rolls and for $4.50 you can get a sushi roll that is cut into about 6 pieces. We got the sweet potato tempura sushi roll and also the cucumber and avocado sushi roll which is served with a garnish of Ginger and also the really hot spice roll that I can't remember the name of right now. All that was $13.50 plus tax. We drink water and didn't have appetizers and that kept things pretty reasonable. People seem to be having a good time and I highly recommend this restaurant. They have a number of vegetarian and vegan options.

This is my favorite sushi in town! There are lots of vegetarian and gluten free options, and they're respectful and accommodating of dietary restrictions. The people are the serious best. Our servers have always been very professional and efficient. One of the owners is almost always there, and they're always attentive and helpful. The prices are so low I'm not sure how they make a profit, and the portions are generous too. Mondays are pretty busy, but the specials make it worth the wait. Other nights are good for trying new things and working your way through the menu. I'm pretty sure they make everything from scratch and you can tell by the quality. Overall, this is a really, really great place! Highly recommend!
