I work in a house run by friendship and it is the most amazing career I have ever been related with. The. Atmosphere is Christian based and the care takers are warm and treat family as if they are there sister or brother. Positive reinforcements and putting individuals needs first and fore most. If you need to invest, invest in friendship and God will reward you greatly in the after life. I see first hand the needs that are delivered to bring out the creativity and special gifts each individuals possess. Join the friendship community family and give from the heart we need the support and the love. God bless you and your families.

This place is God awful. If you are looking for group homes for loved ones or know someone who is DO NOT choose this place. They dont care about anything but the money funded by the state, they dont care about their employees or the well being of the individuals.

I worked for FC for more than ten years. The individuals make the job worth doing. Don't expect to receive any real compensation or recognition from the company, you won't get it. While the benefits are good, the pay for direct care roles is not enough to support a family.
