Such a nice store, a lot of cool, cute, and quirky finds. Great for gifts or if you just want something unique
This place is adorable inside and out. You'll really enjoy going in there even if you are just browsing while waiting for a bus. It would be a great place to buy something for yourself or as a gift. There's two parts to the store, make sure to check out both.
I love this store! I had the best time with the owner while shopping! The coolest clothing and accessory store in Portland!
The cashier was really friendly when she finally acknowledged us after several minutes of browsing, and the merchandise was a little pricey but contained a lot of really great items. I sweet-talked my husband into buying me a necklace and earring set that I fell in love with, which I immediately had to put on, and then the poorly made dangly earrings fell apart at the hanger which wasn't properly fastened by the maker, and I wound up losing one completely, and the other one fell as well but I was able to recover it. That was a pretty big bummer after spending $62 on the set..just do a quick quality check on the jewelry before you put it on, I guess. Lesson learned
Totally eclectic and fun, open-minded, inclusive items. From laugh-out-loud funny pot holders to interesting clothing and jewelry, we come here to have fun looking around. We have been twice and the items displayed were different the second time, so it's worth coming back often!
Frock is my one stop shop for gift shopping. I live about a mile away and bring visitors when they come in from out of town. Every holiday and birthday, Frock is first on my list. They have fun and funky socks, jewelry, clothing and accessories. Employees are super friendly and offer free gift wrap. Love Frock!!!!
This is one of the best little shops I’ve ever wandered into. There’s a great sense of humor throughout the shop mixed with lots of fun pop culture and unique feeling fashions. There’s even some plus size selection.
Where do I begin? I seriously love this little shop. Hands down cutest, funkiest, most affordable store in the Pacific Northwest. I come here every time I am in PDX and could literally spend $1,000 buying dozens of amazing, one of a kind, signature type pieces. Every time I wear something from Frock I have to prepared to talk about it! They have the best jackets, skirts, jewelry, dresses, socks, scarves...you name it they have it. Best place to buy gifts or fabulous pieces for yourself. I love the gals that run it! They are so much fun to shop with. I couldn't recommend it more!!
A lot more than dresses! Really fun statement pieces but also foundational solid color pants, stretch dresses, leggings. High quality, helpful staff.
All right, the award for quite possibly the worst service experience I've had goes to Frock. I was in there earlier browsing around with my girlfriend when I commented on how much I liked the music choice to the person working the register. Apropos of nothing, the person at the register chimes in to tell me that "you don't look like much of a spender, anyway!" Was she assuming that I'm poor? Or was she joking that I'm cheap? Unclear. If it was intended to be funny, it failed pretty miserably. If the goal was to drive me out of the store, well, mission accomplished. It's a shame, because my girlfriend loves the stuff here, and whatever the staff's thoughts on the matter, I do still buy her Christmas and birthday presents. But Portland doesn't really want for cute boutiques, so I'll find somewhere else to shop.
