Frontier Communications

Please record ALL your calls with these guys (you may need to notify them that you are recording depending on your state) and then notify the Washington state attorney general if these guys are charging you incorrectly. They said one deal on the phone and then the bill is a lot more when it shows up. Also they use 30 day billing cycles so your due date is constantly changing. (known as "late-fee chances" to employees) I have been with them 6 months and not one bill has been correct and they lied to get me in contract initially. They tell me there is nothing they can do so I contacted the Washington attorney general office and he made them honor the deal they originally offered only because I started recording the calls and had evidence. SO ONCE AGAIN, RECORD EVERY CALL and keep every paper from them!!!

I'm torn about this review. Some of the customer service folks I spoke with are the best I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with at any isp. The local tech is awesome. The internet service however is horrendous and ticket times waaay too long.

I've called 5 times trying to get a new line added and nobody can figure it out. Reps refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. Absolutely terrible.

Frontier does not communicate with their customers! took 9 months to bundle with dish to save 5 dollars. to only find out that since they turned off auto bill pay I had with frontier for 2 years, to bundle they added 5 dollars a month and said I didn't qualify for 5 dollars off a month for direct deposit again since I turned it off to bundle!!!!
