I recently visited FroZenYo and had an amazing experience! The frozen yogurt was delicious with a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Amador, was very friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The shop itself was clean, welcoming, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend FroZenYo to anyone looking for a tasty treat and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They have tart flavored froyo unlike many others. Their toppings include mochi among other treats. You can sit out and look at the zoo’s entrance or hop on the metro because of the great location.Food: 5/5

I’m here at least once a week in the summer. The shop is always clean and tidy, even after a big school group visits, and the machines are always functional. It’s a small shop, but has 16 flavors and probably two dozen toppings, so you never run out of options. Plenty of seating outside and a few seats inside too if you want that glorious AC. Not necessarily tons of ~atmosphere~ but who needs that when you can consistently get a sweet treat?

The service was quick and friendly despite the shop being busy because the front is a zoo tourist spot, and the staff was happy to provide samples to help me decide. The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion size, the ice cream were very delicious and have tons of toppings to select! Overall it was a good experience buying ice cream in this store.

Frozen yogurt here is phenomenal. It actually tastes like yogurt and is not too sugary but delicious. The service there is amazing too, the staff is kind. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5

Nice staff and plenty of options. Has both frozen yogurt and ice cream for the whole family. Can take into the zoo with you! Free caramel and fudge is the icing on top.

Awesome selection of both frozen yogurt and ice cream, as well as a huge toppings bar!! My husband got the vanilla ice cream with hot fudge the fudge, not the watery syrup, and I got a large bowl of a variety of frozen yogurts and toppings. We had a great time making our sundaes, flavors are awesome and toppings fresh! The owner was super friendly and made the night! We will be back again soon!

I came all the way from Hyattsville, MD for a cup of froZenYo, and it was worth the trip! The service was wonderful. The gentleman working there was very helpful in assisting us with using the machines and guiding us through the flavor selection, as well as the sweets station. The frozen yogurt was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely visit again soon!

Skip the ice cream at the zoo and come here! Super yummy! Impecable, you get to pick your flavors and toppings and cheaper than the zoo! Super yummyFood: 5/5

FroZenYo is wonderful! The employees are lovely, the store is clean, and the yogurt/toppings are always delicious. I highly recommend the plain tart and dulce de leche yogurt flavors.Food: 5/5
