Fry's & Fry's Marketplace

This is my last resort and only because it’s close to me. I don’t know how this place can manage with rude employees , and I’m talking directly to Lucinda. Not friendly, mumbles under her breath rude comments. Overall very uncomfortable !!! Shouldn’t have people working behind registers like this.

Extremely poor customer service. Nobody can seem to get the scheduling right for grocery pick up. If they can’t figure it out then they shouldn’t offer it

Today I saw Rafael working really hard in the parking lot. He was making sure no carts were in the way of any vehicles, he’s really out here hustling despite the heat. He went out of his way to move a cart from the path of an elderly man. He’s greeted me very kindly. It’s employees like him that make me happy to come back. Way to go!

This store is always out of anything and everything you would need. I've lived next to this store for four years and it is always the same thing. Someone at the store needs to know what sells and order more. Always ridiculous.

It's very clean, neat. The employees are polite and helpful. I like their prices.
