Grabbed a curbside order and the young gentleman were kind and fast. They loaded my items for me and were very sweet. Carried themselves in a very professional manner
The customer service workers needs additional training or need to hire better quality of employees. I was trying to return a car seat and pants I bought with cash 2 weeks ago. Like most others, I threw away my receipt soon after the purchase. An associate named Stephanie and a manager named Sophie helped me at customer service. They were both rude. Stephanie kept cutting me off as I was talking and the manager Sophie walked away from me as I was talking. They were not busy with customers there was only 2 other people in line behind me. I did not raise my voice or cause a since. These 2 workers are rude and inconsiderate of my situation, very stand offish. I was treated poorly. I was able to return the pants receipt ID#7SGTK719V060
Best time to shop is on a Saturday morning between 7am and 9am. It’s not as packed. HOWEVER, they don’t open the fitting rooms until 10am. So I bought jeans in my size. Had to come back at 10 to return them for the right fit. Asked three employees that were all putting clothes away to get access and they said I’d have to wait until 10. One woman had keys to unlock the LOCKED BELTS but not keys for the fitting room. Walmart, make it make sense.
They had empty shelves all over the grocery section and the lines where extremely long. Do not recommend this walmart
This Walmart has just about everything a person could want for your home, kitchen cabinet, bathroom, playroom, garden or garage. While they do have everything I do have some issues with this store. The first issue is that they lock specific doors due to under staffing, security and theft. This problem will have you walking an extra mile to specific areas of the store like the garden center. My second issue is that the employees don't have a clue where anything is. Also. they lack the proper customer training to lead and ensure you find an item. The third issue that I have is that they have a lot of stuff you need in locked cases. I understand they are afraid of theft. Although, even after you push a "bottom" for assistance you won't get it. Then you will end up waiting for 20 + minutes for help that won't come. Then you will end up having to get someone to try and help. Then they don't have a key. Then they call for a manager they may or may not come after another 15 minutes. Big stores can mean more stuff, but a heck of a lot more wasted time out of your day as well.
This Walmart always has a great pick up experience, use it weekly and rarely ever had a problem! Always get my money back if there is an issue. Love it! Thank you all for your hard work at the pickup!
This Walmart is notorious for always being out of stock of at least half of what your there for. But my biggest problem that is always guaranteed at this store is when your waiting for an associate to come open a locked case for you. This last visit I waited no less than 45 minutes yes I started a timer after about 5-10 minutes of waiting because I always wonder just how long it's going to take this time for someone to come open the spray paint case. And be forewarned that the associates don't know anything. If you ask them where something can be found either they are going to say I don't know that's not what I do here or else whatever they tell you isn't going to be true. Unfortunately it seems that because it is nearly Christmas Walmart has minimized the amount of clearance items and only "rolled back" prices that were already hiked up. Walmart has made it clear about their role in the inflation crisis affecting the American citizens that are the only reason for the $500,000,000.00 profits Wal-Mart sees every year. Thanks Wal-Mart
the worst walmsrt ive ever been. horrible service, the food gave me dishrea, the electronics font and then they dont want yo give refund snd the and when your checking and you slide your card there's rigged to clome your cards information, i got scammed 650 dollars of unrecognized purchaces made from my debit card and when i went there to see how i got scammed and if they were going to help me since it was wañmarts card readers that cloned my card and they refused to hrlp me. stsy swat from this walmart they dont care about the customer.
Always so organized!! Clean and Friendly!!!And Fast Self Checkout. When it gets busy gets busy though. Even the online pickups has a long line sometimes.
Stopped for a present for a kids bday party. If you're in a hurry, this is not the place to go to. Toy section is in complete disarray. Employees were marginally helpful. Luckily the party was right next door.
